School is nice except if you're enrolled they don't re-enroll you into the next session you have to keep signing up and early to make sure you keep your spot. It's pretty annoying. And of course you lose your spot.

I grew up in this gym, I’ve always adored the teachers and the programs that are offered here. Judy and Gordon Shaw have dedicated their whole lives to gymnastics and it shows. Love this establishment it’ll always have a place in my heart.

My daughter has been in intro to gymnastics for a few months now and we are more than happy with our experience so far! Lydia has grown in her confidence, skills and endurance and absolutely adores the coaches! They are so kind and patient with everything they do and really help my girl push herself to her fullest potential. We are so excited to continue this journey with them!

I 100% disagree with ROG response to handling upfront money that I have paid for a class that was cancelled due to COVID. The have only given families ONE option: enroll from June 8 - July 25th. No credits will overflow into the fall schedules. ROG has not responded to my emails or messages asking to discuss this matter. I'm not asking for a refund; I don't feel comfortable sending my child until there's more certainty. As a family, we had other obligations this summer; we only enroll our kids in extracurriculars during the school year. This is the way my family budget is set. I understand nothing is perfect; however, they should have a better understanding. I asked how they would rectify this issue... NO response. I wanted to at least have a conversation about possible options. Ideally I'd prefer to send my child back during the school year - assuming everything is moving forward. Again, I'm not asking for a refund, I just want more time to decide what best for my family. It's very unprofessional for them to tell us what we have to do and if you can't it's my loss! I've paid for a service, the servicer changed the agreed service date and then refused to give options for a future class. I don't wish ill on them or to see them tank... just wanted them to be fair.

Not sure what the catalyst was, but they lost 4 of their upper-level coaches in 3 years (2 of them at the same time 11/2018), they were unable to maintain their >Level 6 teams at the West-end facility and demanded the stipulated 2-month cancellation fee even when they couldn't provide coaches. After 10 years at the facility we were forced to go to another gym.

My 2 boys have been going for a year to the all boys class. Gymnastics has helped their balance, coordination, confidence and its super fun. The instructors are great and so friendly.
