Very nasty individuals work here…awful service..Took my money never turned my phone on then a day later refused me service after I drove all the way to the establishment because I hung up the phone earlier “wow” so at this point she’s smiling in my face being Condescending saying it’s no way I can help you “you can go to another boost mobile” I pray she’s fired before her awful service meets her demise her name Sandy M very horrible cashier….my receipt says I have a $4 service charge but here I am telling you a story where I refused service! Absolutely nuts and to top that off they were charging me extra for insurance I never added to the phone!

Not very helpful or friendly. Sold me an inactive SIM card and then encouraged me to reach out to customer support for assistance.

Wife and I have had Boost service for years and it was great. Go to store to get help switching off the old Sprint network and we are told it will lock our phones. Store says phone customer support is having same issue. Guess it's time to move to new carrier unfortunately.

Omg so I'm a new customer with boost, or let me say I was, This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE, it's not even worthy enough to be called a business, the 2 girls were rude beyond words, and then to speak among themselves in another language when I'm clearly not of that ethnicity and I'm standing right in front of them as they smerk and roll their eyes, wouldn't even come from behind the counter to show me a phone and told me the other stores don't have those phones either, and with your plan you can't go to Walmart and purchase a phone has to be from the store??? Ok..so you didn't even know if I had $2,000 to buy a brand new iPhone 13 or the newest android phone, seriously I wouldn't send my dog in there to use the bathroom on the floor, she's to good to step foot in there, that store won't last especially with so called employees like that. So I am no longer a customer, that was my first and last experience with boost mobil and I wouldn't recommend this service to someone stranded in the desert with no food or water..THEY ARE A SORRY EXCUSE FOR CELL PHONE SERVICE!!!
