“Went in for a marine deep cycle battery for my trolling motor and was met with top notch customer service, I’ve been going to this location sporadicly over the years and the two gentleman I met today had set a new standard for helping the customer. Kicking myself for not getting the younger fit gentleman with dreads name, but he literally would not let me spend money I didn’t need to and made sure I got the job done right for the best price, ensuring the problem I came in with wouldn’t happen again as well, rather then going for the extra buck then and there, which he could’ve done, and has definitely earned a repeating customer for that. Another taller gentleman, John I believe, informed me about turning my dead battery in, saved me $20, and threw in a warranty when I made an account with them. Genuinely the best experience I’ve had in parts shop and I thank these 2 gentleman for their efforts.”

“When I bought some wheels from American Muscle I could not find any Ford Dealer or any other tire shop to install them. I had heard good things about RNR on the Velocity channel so I went to then RNR on Midlothian Turnpike in North Chesterfield. John Ashikis the store manager was very helpful. He indicated he would be happy to let me have the tires shipped to his store and mount them for me and do any alignment and balancing required. I was relieved and I felt like they have very reasonable prices to do the mounting and alignment. You can bet I if the family needs any tire or wheel work we will go to RNR. I highly recommend them.”
