“Such a beautiful store I love how all the workers make it feel like home, Pre I believe such a beautiful and amazing Store manager always helping me when I don’t know how to say or pronounce a part, since she does talk a little bit of Spanish because of her two hispanic she has in her store both amazing workers both have helped me and had amazing customer service, I’ve had one bad experience tho with a skinny white woman who works there she was extremely rude to me one day because I didn’t understand her and instead of pulling out a translator she was just raising her voice, I also asked for the oil on another vehicle and she turned the computer screen so fast almost hit my face and pointed at the weight and told me the filter number, I was expecting for her to go get it but she didn’t felt like I was just disturbing her because she wasn’t really smiling, had an attitude, and just kept breathing heavy, other than that i’ve really enjoyed my other experiences here. (had my child help me type this out due to the fact i can’t really speak nor type english)”

“I’m so thankful for this store and Tarzan (employee). My battery died late afternoon on Christmas Eve at Publix. Jumper cables would not get it started. I walked through the parking lot to Auto Zone. Tarzan carted his tools and a new battery through the parking lot. I was on my way before long.”
