Our home unit required charging, and a technician visited to perform the service. A subsequent appointment was scheduled for the following week to investigate a potential leak. Regrettably, the technician neglected to keep the appointment and has not responded to our phone calls.

Tech came out within a hour my call. Fixed my ac unit without trying to sell me anything. He also found a surge protector that had been recalled for causing house fires. Great company and service.

We called Air Energy Solutions after our upstairs unit stopped working and the temperature was almost 100 degrees outside. Air Energy Solutions was able to come out the same day, diagnose our problem, and fix our unit. I cannot say enough good things about the company. I would recommend them to anyone!

Kent is always super responsive and sent Jimmy over quickly to resolve our issue. Jimmy was excellent - great guy and made sure I understood the issue and how they would fix it. Replaced a motor in our outdoor unit and installed a new thermostat. Work quality is always excellent, and they do it the right way. No gimmicks and fair pricing. Air Energy has been a good company to work with. They came to my house twice and fixed an issue I was having with an air duct. The tech who was here gave me some good advice on some future improvements but didn't try to get me to spend money I didn't need to. To me, this shows that they have integrity. I'll continue to use them in the future.

I highly recommend this company. I meant to write this review when AES responded 45 days ago when my upstairs AC system went out during the hottest days. They promptly answered the call, when others wanted me to wait a week, and then they explained what was wrong and what my service contract thru Dominion Power would and would not cover. We decided to replace the unit and their quote was extremely reasonable; they were able to get it done within a few days. I found myself needing them again today when my downstairs unit was blowing hot air. Called my service contractor at 9:45 and requested they contact AES -- less than 3 hours later AES was in my backyard, repaired the downstairs unit and I'm back being cool. Hopefully I won't need an HVAC work in the near future but if I do, AES is definitely who I will request.Services: A/C system repair

AES is all around good people. From ownership, to sales, to inside support, to their field techs...impressed from start to finish. They were responsive, honest and competent when it came to replacing a good portion of my residential HVAC system. Pricing was very fair using reputable equipment. This company promotes their dependable service on their website, but recently I have found that to be the case. I had an annual maintenance service scheduled today for the third time. About 15 minutes past my appointment time I called the office to be told that the technician scheduled to be at my home had called in sick. That was the same story that I was told just four days earlier when they cancelled my appointment. I can understand that workers may not show up, but my appointment was for 1pm and I never received a call to let me know. I could have spent my day off of work doing something else rather than waiting for a service technician not to show for the third time. Will be using another company moving forward.Service: HVAC maintenance
