Went to pick out my wedding band and was assisted by Riley. What a star! She was knowledgeable, not pushy, and answered and anticipated all of our questions. I'm not a huge fan of shopping and she made it super easy! Definitely ask for her if you go to this location.

I visited Norfolk a couple of weeks ago and found a ring that I loved. Kelsey was my sales associate and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and an absolute joy to work with. I was not ready to make a purchase at that time, and I live 4 hours away. As I made my decision, I reached out to Kelsey.. Kelsey took my call on her day off and promptly communicated with me upon her return to work. And although over the phone purchases are not the norm, she worked with management in order for me to make my purchase. And to make things easier for me, Kelsey also arranged to have my purchase shipped to a store near me. I can’t say enough good things about Kelsey, management and the store as a whole. Thank you for making this a simple and wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Zales today. My sales representative was Cynthia. I was in need of a pair of diamond stud earrings and needed them for an event for the next day.
