If your looking for Slow and Unprofessional, this is the bank for you. My final straw was being told I needed to setup an Appointment to open a Business Account (While being the Only customer there), after refusing to let me deposit a check as a SOLE PROPRIETOR into my regular account! By IRS regulations a Business Account is Not required for a SOLE PROPRIETOR. I was told Woodforest follows its own rules By the bank employee. I spoke with and explained the situation to somebody with the Board of Governors Federal Reserve System. Formal complaint is next. So many other issues ive had, but will now Act on them.

Takes almost an hr just for a cashiers check and it’s 20 dollars to get it and it’s the closest place for what I had to get done today. And I still wasn’t able to get it done. Never had to pay so much just for a cashiers check ever in my life

This absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Only has one person working and he was behind the desk with a customer and didn't seem to care about the line of customers waiting . What a horrible way to run a bank.

If you have an account here I suggest to get your money and run.. so I have an account and at the beginning of the month I had to cancel my card and file a dispute because someone use a hundred and something off my card and then tell my why not even 20 days later it happen again so now I'm looking like this have to be an inside job because its unlikely the same person with 2 different cards get hit back to back
