the pharmacy often doesn't answer their phone during business hours. i called at least six times in the past two days with no answer. today i was lucky enough to get a response, but then i was left on hold for a solid 40 minutes while i waited for a pharmacist. the wait was honestly shocking and frustrating, as it was 11 am on a wednesday when i called, so not during peak service hours. however, when the pharmacist picked up, i inquired about the wait. i feel for them because it is obvious they are understaffed; the pharmacist claimed there were only two employees at the pharmacy working this shift. she sounded exhausted. despite my frustrations, i empathized with their lack of employees, as this pandemic has greatly impacted the work force. hope for better service in the future, but this experience was a bit disappointing.
