Worst service took over 20 minutes to assist me didn’t even ask how I wanted my bills or said thank you have a nice day. Will never go to that branch again.

Yet another branch in a poor neighborhood that is completely understaffed and poorly trained. I watched as these people turned away customers for wires because "the banker was Booked all day" at 915am. One teller helped one out the line you see. Wells Fargo should be ashamed and i should be as well for continuing to support this financial institution.

Beatriz is my favorite teller. She's always so upbeat and sweet every time I make my deposits weekly from my job. She even remembered my birthday which is so nice! Please give her a promotion. She goes out of her way to make a connection with each individual. I have banked with you for years and have gone to different branches. But, I've never met anyone who shows that they love their job and goes above and beyond for EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER. Keep up the great work, Bea!

Could be better, could be worse. When I needed a Medalion, I found that Wells Fargo no longer did that service, but other banks do. So they may lose my account over this. Also, they held my initial check deposit for a lot longer than they needed to, and gave me a lame excuse as to why they did that. But I may have gotten the same treatment anywhere else. So on that point, no better, no worse than anyone else, thus my rating of 3 stars.

This location has always been expedient the customer service us driven the tellers are very personable knowledgeable of the products that the bank offers. the location is very adjacent to just about any direction that you are coming from parking is not bad management is available and willing to assist if need be happy holidays

I was fed-up with their charges and fees, and went in to close my account. When I told the mgr why, she indicated that the error was in how my accounts were set up, and they could be re-structured so that there was no fees-ever! This was a breath of fresh-air to me, and we were able to get things straightened out on the spot. They acted as though they really cared about my business. I went home and thought about it, and they were certainly right-input error! From then on, everything went so smoothly that I transferred ALL of my other business accounts all over town to Wells Fargo, and it was the best move I ever made. All of the people there LEAP at the opportunity to serve you, and I have never been treated so well anywhere I have ever banked. The competition could learn a lot from them, and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a great relationship to consider this branch.

Every time I use this branch to cash my Police retirement check they stereotype me and take forever to cash my check even though I've been coming here since 2017. I never feel disrespected when I use the Ward's corner branch.
