I have gone here multiple times, and 3 for 3, orders to their Hot foods counter have ended quite poorly, with me making an order and not getting what I ordered, or even being advised that what I ordered is unavailable.
The computer system needs to be improved so that people know when something is out of stock before ordering a buffalo chicken wrap and getting 3 chicken tenders instead.

Everyone else are nice and cordial except for that short lady which seems to be the “night” manager. One of the most rude people I’ve ever came across with in the service industry. I get it, you hate your job. But be professional.

Called at 12:40 today and I gotta say every-time I call or come into this location the store is clean but the people working there have the worst attitude from helping customers to even picking up the phone.

Hoagies are the best I’ve had in a while
Kid-friendliness: I always see kids in the store getting whatever they want and the staff is always extra kind to them
Wheelchair accessibility: Great and open floor plan allowing people in wheelchairs to maneuver around the store to get what they need

Been to thus wawa 4 times and ordered food, 3 of the 4 were made by the same young lady and all 3 were incorrect. If this woman would worry about doing her job and not talking about her escapades outside of work she might get pwoples orders correct.

Second time I’ve went here and ordered a sub and paid extra for avocado and they never put it on the sub! Pretty simple instructions.

The diesel fuel pumps are ridiculous. It is not even worth coming to this gas station to get diesel fuel. The gas pumps work at a normal pump rate, but not the diesel fuel.

This Wawa is the lowest on the totem pole compared to other locations, even outside of VA. I frequent this one because I live in the area and really love Wawa as a franchise, however, the customer service here is near non existent. I’ve ordered curbside several times and ended up just walking in to get my order after waiting for 10-15 min after putting in the parking spot number on the app. My recent (curbside) order was pizza. When I went in to get it after about 15 min of waiting in my car the staff member behind the counter where my order was sitting confirmed it was a curbside order and that it was mine. If curbside isn’t available or hard to manage during a rush or because of low staff then it shouldn’t be made available in the app. No apology was made for not bringing it out or anything. Not only that but my order was incorrect. It was supposed to be half and half but they just put all the ingredients on the whole pizza. The lack of quality service has been too consistent compared to the consistent good quality service I’m used to from WaWa.

Salt and pepper or any other spice should be on the omelette or scrambled eggs and should be spread equally so you don’t get burned by it. Throwing it like that on top of the veggies is very unhealthy and unprofessional.. I had the same problem in Wawa all over Virginia not only this store.P.s. The picture was taken after having some of the food, it was much worse than the picture.
