I can never say anything bad about my wash. Land. The ladies, always keep it so clean. And I've never had a problem getting machines, dryer's or those baskets. It's so convenient for me to be able to take any of my household goods there to wash, including the larger comforters and rugs

The washer machines are filled with bacteria and mildew,naked to the eye.,I spent well over $60 washing my clothes,just for them to smell like mildew and sewer water. Iam sure these machines have not been maintenance in a long time. DISGUSTING!!!!

I just left Washland a few mins ago. Matter of fact I’ve been there a few times this week. We used the laundry service. We spent anll week about $300. And the same rude unprofessional lady is there working. The black lady with glasses with thin edges. She was rude to my mom when we were there earlier this week. I went today she was eating at the counter and I understand it’s lunch time. But when she turned around I said hello, And she gave me a nasty look and sighed as if I was disturbing her. She brought my clothes and slammed them on the counter. I asked if she was having a bad day. She was rude and sarcastically told me to have a good day. I took this as her telling me to leave. Washland I cannot believe u have such a rude and dismissive employee working for your company. I will Never go here again. I reviewed other comments and it seem everyone is encountering this same nasty lady. Maybe u need to take action Washland…….replace her!!

great laundromat. tons of machines at various prices, washers and dryers of different sizes, so you have quite a bit of flexibility. i throw stuff in the machine, wait in my car with a timer, and fold at the tables they have available.
they have tons of tables to sit, a few arcade games, and some vending machines for snacks, drinks, and laundry stuffs. there are also two single stall bathrooms.
attendants are very chill and helpful, and ive never heard about any problems. do your part in cleaning up after yourself (ie. dryer sheets) and put the rolling laundry carts they have back at a folding table when youre finished, it costs nothing to be a decent human for five seconds regardless of if it’s someone’s job to do it for you.
i recommend going during the week or right as they open on the weekends if you want to avoid crowds and noisy children. otherwise, take some headphones and youre in and out within maybe 2 hours depending on amount of loads and their sizes.

I actually FORGOT a load in the washing machine AND didn't realize it until 2 days later.... Went back up there to ask about my laundry and THEY HAD PLACED THEM IN THE BACK ROOM FOR SAFE KEEPING AFTER THEY DRIED THEM FOR ME!!!! I WAS GREATLY SURPRISED AND APPRECIATIVE!!!!

I utilized their drop off wash and fold service because I was going to be in the area, I paid 62 bucks and change and dropped off on Sunday. The policy is to notify customers when the cloths are done and I know because I utilize the same company but normally at their Larkin road location. And I had to go into the store on Wednesday. They DIDNT even fold my cloths they are folded in half. And if wasn't for my amazing experience at the Larkin location I would never use wash land again because the service was so atrocious at this location. And they didn't turn the cloth inside out oanything. I'm sorry but I paid 60 bucks for a service you all did not deliver and will be trying another company to give my weekly service too.

Very big on the inside and always clean. One of the washers malfunctioned while I was using it, but the worker gave me money back to use a different machine.

one of the ladies that work there is the rudest most unprofessional human being i have met in a long time, she got an attitude simply because we moved a trash can she put on top of the folding table i was trying to use. we were going to move it back but she felt the need to come over and argue with me about it, starting with "do not move my trash can!" and made a big deal out of it arguing back and forth with me all because she was in a rush to leave.... its not the first time shes been rude with a customer. every time im in there she is rude to someone, she never fails! i never post reviews but this lady is beyond ignorant and obviously has never been called out on it.
