this walmart is a joke. the girl working at customer service refused to accept my return for a tv mount, suggesting she can’t make returns on electronics. i told her it’s not electronic, it’s just a metal mount. she replied “well there’s a picture of a tv on it so it’s electronics”….. what??? are you joking??! had to go back another day for an iPad charger. all electronic items are locked in cases and there were no workers nearby to unlock any cases. a cop walked by so i asked her if she knew where any workers were and i was told “the electronics section closes at 7pm” yet there’s no sign for that anywhere. she said i could maybe find someone at customer service who would unlock it but that it was unlikely. after my previous customer service experience, that wasn’t happening. so i drove across the street to target and had no issues. i highly suggest you avoid this walmart at all costs. drive the extra 10 min to go to walmart in town center. ?

Worst store I’ve ever been too, organization is putrid, inventories are all wrong. When I check the app or online it says the item is in stock, and I can even do curbside pick up, but in fact the item is not in stock anywhere, disgrace of a company. Last time i will ever shop at a Walmart.

Please read to the end for the positives. I am post surgery and use crutches. There was only one working electric cart, and though I was waiting at customer service (as directed by the greeters), the greeter gave to another person who walked up -yes, WALKED UP- after me. When I asked for someone to help me retrieve the 2 items I need, I was met by the greeters with rolled eyes and unhelpful suggestions like "just lean on a cart." When I explained I am at no weight bearing, she rolled her eyes.
The ONLY person who assisted me was the young woman at self checkout- Mimi-who saw me standing there about to walk out, and offered to go get the items for me. She went and found them, scanned them and bagged them for me, then just went back to her station. That young woman is a credit to the establishment, and should be recognized for her professionalism, courtesy, and compassion. The rest need a refresher course in customer service.

Walmart Supercenter at 1170 N Military Hwy Norfolk Va. Doesn't answer the phone in electronics or the store operator or the customer service desk. So I have turned it over to the BBB in Bentonville Arkansas and the Federal Trade Commission and the CEO of Walmart Corporate Office.

I bought Tart Cherry Juice for $5.58 at this location, double bagged the item, and before I even got the item home the bag ripped and my cherry juice spilled. If you’re buying anything valuable or glass that may break I suggest wrapping it in at least THREE bags. Because if it breaks “That’s your fault.” And they will do nothing.
The employee at customer service was extremely rude, belittling, and had no compassion for the situation, and refused to do anything. I felt totally devalued as a customer I would’ve at least appreciated a discount on another item, store credit, or anything other than a stank, disrespectful attitude.
