Just recently moved from Walker's Chase and I will tell you I enjoyed my experience living here. The Property Manager Alexis is always helpful and her customer service is second to none. The maintenance team is also great. Would recommend this to anyone in the Norfolk Area

I recently toured this property and I was really impressed by how spacious the townhouses were, and reasonably priced. I was especially impressed by the property manager, Alanis, who was extremely kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend you check them out!

Aside from me loving the quality of this complex, service from the maintenance team is outstanding! Joel goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. He replaced our dishwasher within the hour of placing a service request. He also keeps our space in the back clean for us! Great service.

A great place for us service members who either work at the Norfolk base or JEB Little Creek base. It’s close and the traffic is not crazy. Alanis is helpful, respectful, and will help you through the whole process from start to finish. A great location for families with the park close by, and a great place for single people who want to live somewhere quiet.

Lived here in 2022. Having experienced significantly higher quality in other communities within the same price range, I felt compelled to share my experience. Regretfully, I must warn others based on my experience. The management team was unprofessional, particularly noticeable during move-out. Be vigilant about your deposit return; mine was a hassle. Maintenance quality was subpar, failing to address issues promptly or effectively.Moreover, the environment was constantly noisy with children playing outside, often late into the evening. Frequent loud airplane noises added to the disturbance. The pool, meant for residents, was frequently used by people from the surrounding neighborhood.A significant concern was the trash can area in the community, which emits an unbearable smell, especially in the summer months. This greatly impacted the overall living experience.Having lived in other apartment communities in the town, I can attest that there are far better options available. This place, unfortunately, falls short in providing a peaceful and well-managed living environment. I do not recommend it.

Was in the avenue of looking for a new place for a growing family. The property was lovely and it was what we needed. Alanis, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and then some. I am still looking but will keep the property in mind.

I just moved into Walker's Chase, and I am very happy with my decision. The townhouse is clean, spacious, and updated. The application process was easy, and Alanis was always there to answer questions and is kind and professional. The area is very nice and very convenient. The grounds are well maintained. I cannot express how happy I am to have found such a place where I feel safe and at home.

This review will be deleted before anyone sees it, seems to be a trend. However, if this reaches even one person before that happens, that's okay! Do not fall for the fake reviews. Do not waste your time, money or sanity on this place. You will absolutely regret it.

I've lived here for about a year and half.Roaches all the time, the pool is occupied by people that don't live there and it's extremely loud from music being blasted. The pool is pretty gross most of the time too. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone especially on the weekends so that's frustrating. The security number they gave out I sat on hold for 30 mins and never got in contact with anyone. Random people park all over the property making it hard to turn in or out of the place. Homeless people wander around the property that live in the park down the street. Safety is a constant concern for my girlfriend.The lack of actual administration and management is astonishing for a "luxury" townhouse complex. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews.They cut the grass and trim the hedges sometimes....

This is an excellent rental option in Norfolk! Walker's Chase is clean, friendly, and the management is amazing. Alanis and the maintenance team are friendly and professional, they are great people to work with and I'm so happy we picked this place!

Since we moved in, it has been a pleasure living here. Alanis and Joel make it feel like home. Whatever issues we have had, they were quickly worked on. No fuss, no mess, always professional. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome in this community. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is a real pleasure living at Walker's Chase Townhomes.
