No matter what time of the day it is or how long the line in, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. I have continued to get in the line inside and the drive through and the line just does not move and I have to leave. The people are nice, I’m sure they are just short staffed. They could use some self check out instead of waiting in line for a person to scan your items. Definitely going to find a different pharmacy nearby

We went there to buy solution for contact lenses, variety of products , organize and clean, I liked cosmetic and beauty section.It’s convenience for everyone to live in this neighbourhood.

As much of a pain as it is to switch pharmacies, this one finally gave me the motivation to do it. I switched everything over to Rite Aid down the street and it is worlds better. I didn't realize how badly this walgreens had gone downhill until switching and realizing it wasn't normal to have to fight for prescribed stimulant medication every single month. Truly an abysmal pharmacy. Always out of meds, takes forever to get anything filled, unprofessional and untrained staff (they were using clerks from the front last time I was there), disorganized, sending out text alerts that didn't reflect reality-- I went multiple times after being told something was ready for pickup only to find that they had filled the wrong med and not communicated it-- the list goes on. Stay away from this pharmacy, especially if you have ADHD/low distress tolerance...i found it unbearable.I remember when this place was built. Will never be returning.

Let me just say, I did not walk into walk into Walgreens expecting an AMAZING experience. It was actually my first visit to this Walgreens and was so thankful I met Shirley. She was not only incredibly kind and engaging with my daughter, she was very helpful in picking the right products for my skin. Thank you! I can't wait to go back!

My parents have used this pharmacy for years and has gone completely downhill in the last 18 months. They can not fill prescriptions in a timely fashion, failed to get easy coverage with insurance companies and charges full price. I would not use this pharmacy if there is any other choice anywhere in town.

Terrible and borderline unsafe. I guess this is where medicine is going. If anyone is looking for me to pay double or triple my copay to help me get out of here in under two hours after I waited for an hour just to submit my prescription. If you can go anywhere else please don't come here save yourself the time and frustration. I will not be coming back anytime unless at gun point.

The hold time for a phone call is ridiculous - 53 minutes and then they hung up before answering. My meds were supposed to be ready at 3:30. Went at 5 p.m. and not ready. Trying to find out WHEN they might be available! Was just hung up on for the 4th time. Who is running this place????????

It's been 2 weeks I have been without my diabetic medication. I called last Monday because my app said to call. The pharmacy answered after being on hold for 40 minutes to be told its out of stock and that he was putting in the order for tomorrow. I go in on SATURDAY and I'm told it's STILL not filled due to out of stock. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!

How can a Pharmacy be this bad. I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for years. recently I get a text every time saying to call the Pharmacy to confirm my insurance (which hasn't changed in 15 years). The kicker is they don't answer the phone. You will sit on hold for an hour or two before someone picks up the phone and then hangs up. EVERY TIME! Why send a text saying to call??? My next stop is Wallgreens corporate to let them know how this franchise is operating. I am 100% over it.

I put my refill in 4 days ago. I came every day to pick it up, but lines were too long. I come today to get my prescription & there is no one in line. I still have to wait 15-20 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was standing there. & then informed me that MY PRESCRIPTION WAS NOT READY….. ??? so I have to still wait for my prescription to be filled. AWFUL!!!!!!!

I made the mistake of switching to this Walgreens pharmacy instead of Rite Aid. Worst pickup experience.. my prescription was sent at 10am got there after 5pm still had not been filled. Told I had to wait another 30-45min. Line was all the way in the aisle. They also do not pickup the phone here at all I’ve called any time during the business hours your on hold with no answer so you have to go in and wait in that long line then told you have to wait longer. The girl at the register said backup was because of the administering Covid booster and they were the only one filling the prescriptions as well. They need to hire more help.

If you need a prescription in any sort of timely fashion.. steer clear of this Walgreens. My partner and I both have experienced egregious wait times and have both decided enough is enough and are going to use a different pharmacy from now on. My doctor told me to get this medication filled right away and to start taking it yesterday. It was sent over at 2pm and won’t be ready until 11am today apparently. I’ve never had this experience at any other Walgreens location. When I called in to check, the pharmacy tech said “it was put in that way” to be filled the subsequent day but I saw the prescription. My doc explicitly stated to start taking it ASAP, it shouldn’t be up to the pharmacy to decide when to fill it. It’s bogus!

This Walgreens is absolutely horrible. I called early one morning to check and see if they had one of medications and the woman, carelessly and professionally said “naw, we ain’t got it”. Something told me to call back around noon. Sure enough a guy answered the phone and said that it was initially entered wrong and it’ll be ready in two hours. I get there, walk up to the counter and a guy says, “Oh, we canceled it. We don’t have that strength.” Needless to say, I was livid. From them never answering the phones to incidents like this, this store is horrible.
