I enjoy coming into the store I love the people there they treat me with kindness and help me get the best prices on my prescription I get my shots and I have no problems they take the time to help me understand the store manager helped me one day with some sale items and the lady that sells the make up helped me with skincare products

Please do not waste your time going to this pharmacy or calling. My son has sickle cell disease and seizures. The last time that I had to fill his seizure medication he went 2 days without his meds, which made him have seizures. They say they will call you if your meds will not be ready in time and THEY DO NOT!!!! This time I put in his prescription earlier than last time to ensure not to experience that traumatic experience again. Well, when I call to see if my prescription will be ready at 11am, their system tells me to call back in a hour to see if it would be ready. Um, that's after 11am, so where's the phone call. Then the pharmacy technician hung up on me in the midst of me asking her will my prescription be ready at 11am because your system tells me otherwise. These people that are in these jobs have no heart and truly do not care about the patient. It all about money and how to keep you sick!!!!

I never write reviews I really consider myself a patient person but this pharmacy is consistently awful. They never answer the phone, the drive thru is always closed, and they have no interest in helping people or any urgency. I politely asked for the manager and when I saw her and said “are you the manager?” she just rolled her eyes and walked away from me. Awesome! Taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I don’t leave reviews often but this is the worst pharmacy and maybe the worst Walgreens this side of the Vegas strip. The people seemed to be overwhelmed with the simple duties they have at the pharmacy and the front of store workers literally could not be bothered to even ring you up. I was ready to just walk out with my stuff. I hope people don’t wonder why these places go out of business. I assume Walgreens or whoever run it is too cheap to properly staff it. Also shout out to the Asian female pharmacist who just seems like a terrifically rude person.

Terrible customer service. I came in to pick up a prescription and purchase other items. I was given my other items and left. This - i admit - was my fault. I should have realized I wasn’t given my prescription at the time but I didn’t. I got home and noticed. Called up and was told “you can come up here and we can check for it.” I asked if anyone had found it on the counter after I’d left, to which she said “I don’t know. I just got here.” I asked if she could ask someone and without a response was placed on hold where I stayed for 25 minutes before I eventually hung up. I understand this pharmacy is very busy, but it couldn’t hurt to speak to your customers with kindness and try to be a little helpful. I almost always have a similar experience when I try to pick up medications here. I think it’s time to switch pharmacies.

horrid and unsafe pharmacy. on several occasions they have sent my husband home with the wrong medication that he was picking up for me. They miss count the number of pills in the bottles. Sometimes more sometimes less. multiple times i have waited on hold for over 40 minutes only to have the call disconnected without ever speaking to a person. Walgreens is absurd and i would love to find a pharmacy that is fully staffed with intelligent responsible humans.

I walked inside of the store I was told when I refilled my prescription it will take 30 mins. I can’t back a hour later to come inside to pick up my prescription. I was told by Tamaya the pharmacist tech my prescription was not ready that they will have to verify the medication. I asked her why didn’t someone call or tell me a later time . The pharmacist was very rude and told me I am the only pharmacist here with an attitude. I understand that they may be short staffed which is understanding to a certain degree. Customer service is everything. The fact she could have just apologized for the inconvenience I would have been more understanding .I am very disappointed with my overall experience. Something really needs to be done regarding their customer service. This is not the first time I have encounter horrible customer service here at this Walgreens. At this point something needs to be done. I will be reporting this experience to higher management of Walgreens.

meanest mf pharmacists I’ve ever dealt with. grossly unprofessional how they handle sick people who need their medication - I know a lot of that has to do with how overworked yall are in the pharmacy field but you dont have to be a tactless rude lil biznatch ab me asking for meds bro have a heart get some empathy.

The level of service from the pharmacy is bordering on unethical from a corporate perspective and from a healthcare quality perspective. I feel for the pharmacy staff however something should be done about late prescriptions and poor communication which appear to be related to staffing issues that span months now. I am often waiting past the point of being out of certain medications I am now out of. I accidentally selected this location recently (but avoid it as much as I can despite being the most convenient location for me.) and my prescriptions get held in limbo because it’s challenging to reach them by phone or swap to another pharmacy. Shocked the corporate team would be willing to have this many dissatisfied customers over a long period of time but they don’t seem interested in finding a solution putting many people in a challenging spot with their medicine and healthcare. Considering finding a way to report this behavior. Spoke to the manager once about this and while he seemed nice nothing has changed.

No matter what time of the day it is or how long the line in, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. I have continued to get in the line inside and the drive through and the line just does not move and I have to leave. The people are nice, I’m sure they are just short staffed. They could use some self check out instead of waiting in line for a person to scan your items. Definitely going to find a different pharmacy nearby
