Made an appointment online for the flu like they wanted. Filled out the questionnaire online like they wanted. And still waited for over an hour just to get a scheduled flu shot! Flu is every year, how is this process new to Walgreens?! Absolutely trash!!!

Their pharmacy dept is unmatched, not only are they on their game, organized & quick, they are personable & kind. They even recognize my voice on the phone & know who I am & are so dang helpful. My fav pharmacists

While waiting for my Covid shot my son (4) had to use the restroom. My husband asked someone who worked there by the name of Chris if we could use the bathroom. He immediately caught an attitude and started huffing and puffing because he didn't want to unlock the door to allow him to use it. Instead of just saying no. We were greeted with this ugly demeanor. I was disgusted. Customer service training is needed from Chris.

Do not place a pick up order at this location! They will steal your items and yes I do mean the employees. The manager Naomi won't do anything about it.

Don't waste hours of your life messing with this pharmacy. Don't leave them voicemails, they never check them and blame other people. You'll be on hold for literally hours at a time. Trying to explain your situation will get you nowhere with their workers. The only one that seems competent is the Pharmacist and they have her running around doing everything for everyone because she's the only one doing anything to help. Highly recommend going to CVS or Harris Teeter.

While shopping at Walgreens, there were many things that bothered me. The main complaint I have was the customer service. I have been cussed out by the employees on multiple occasions, and have been denied service when trying to check out. I have had to stand there waiting for them to get off their phone for 10+ minutes before! That is not acceptable. Other comments I have on your establishment consist mainly of the unsanitary conditions. Mud on the floor everywhere, the bathrooms have urine and feces on the floor frequently, and the mood of the store is never pleasant. Due to my location and income, there are not a ton of other locations i can turn to, so I would really appreciate some change.

They take forever honestly doesn't even matter what your going for. Gonna spend 1hr+ for the dumbest things. Pharmacy is the worst After having a conversation with the store manager I understand why this Walgreens has so much problems. Rite Aid and Harris Teeter right across the street their cleaner, nicer, and my flu shot appointment took 15-20 mins at rite aid compared to Waiting 45-1hr minutes at Walgreens for them to tell you "oh We also paperwork for you to sign."

I called about 15 minutes after my doctor sent in my prescription to see how long it would take to fill so I wouldn't have to wait in the lobby. The woman I spoke with said it was in the system but hadn't processed yet so I should call back in 15 minutes. No big deal I know this can take some time. So I called back in 25 minutes and I was immediately put on hold. No one answered the phone or greeted me. I was put straight on hold. I stayed on hold and it rang again THREE separate times. Every single time I was just put back on hold. No one would actually answer my call or tell me anything. This is one of the worst pharmacy experiences I have had. I usually love this Walgreens too.

Let’s start off by saying this is a pick up and drop off only and keep in mind I have never used FedEx so it would’ve been nice to know that I need a label prepared at home which most people can print their labels the problem is if you don’t have the ability to create your own label. Very frustrating to walk into a place then be told that I had to have an envelope and obviously the young lady who worked counter at the photo department neglected to tell me this before I bought the envelope which I thought was miscommunication on her part and although she was polite I would say it was more Kurtz which then in turn made me more Kurt I personally don’t believe in you

I love Walgreens, but lately every time I walk through the door, the person at the counters says “welcome to Walgreens, what can I help you with today” I appreciate the willingness to help, however I do not feel like sharing my personal needs with all the customers. If people need assistance finding things, they will certainly ask. Other than that, the bathroom facilities are clean and the store is great
