They didn't have my prescription in stock. None of the Walgreens in the area had it. Two days later, I had to have the prescription reissued for a different pharmacy. I'll never use them again.

I have a minor complaint but feel that it is worth mentioning. my husband and I decided to get our flu shots Saturday morning. we drove to our usual location and we were relieved that the pharmacy wasn't busy and only one person was there for services. when we requested our flu shots the lady said that we are only giving vaccines to people who have made appointments online. During covid I always scheduled my appointment online knowing that it would be busy but I didn't think about this for a flu shot. I would understand if they were busy but this wasn't the case. We then drove to the neighborhood Walmart and within a few minutes we both got our flu and rsv vaccines without issue. in otherwords flexibility should be available.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Employees are rude and unhelpful. There is always a 45min to hour wait just to pick up prescriptions. If you don't have time to sit around for an hour, go to a different pharmacy

Pharmacist was less than helpful to say the least. Waited at the consultation window to ask a question on eye drops, got ignored so I stood in line. Pharmacist asks if I'm picking up to which I replied "No I just have a quick question" & he tells me to go to the consultation window then hollers to me that the pharmacist is Out.... It's required to have a pharmaceutical license -therefore making you a pharmacist- to even work the register at any pharmacy. So the pharmacist told me the pharmacist is out when there were 3 of them in the back, 1 person at the front register & another employee that seemed to be taking inventory in the store. I already don't go here but did cuz it's closest & I woke up w random sudden blurred vision, not something I've dealt w before, just needed a little help on whether to choose antihistamine or not. Instead I wonder the store lost & confused cuz I can't see anything clearly & that's the treatment I get when it would've only taken less than a minute of someone's time.

Today I was sitting on hold for the pharmacy for 20+ minutes. I ended up driving there while I was waiting for my call to be answered. Come to find out, the pharmacy is closed. It was 12pm on a Sunday. What Walgreens closes their pharmacy midday on a Sunday? At the least, another employee could've answered the phone to let people know the pharmacy was closed for whatever reason. Unprofessional.

I like the convenience of this store because it's literally right down the street from my house. If I was able, I might ride my bike. But I'm not, so I can't. Oh, well! As far as drugstore stores go, it is nice and clean. I'm happy it's always fully stocked! The cashiers always greet everyone and are very pleasant. They always have something on sale, so that's always a bonus.

Every time I call, I get put on hold for 30 mins.... If I'm lucky enough not to get hung up on after waiting that long. Then always wait in drive thru for well over 45 mins. It's only been getting worse here. Drive thru line constantly wraps the building with cars pulling out all the time because they're tired of waiting.

Great drive- through service here. I've been a few times because its close to my work so if I have to run over and accomplish something during lunch or after work this is an easy spot for me to rush to. A few weeks ago I did a drive-through PCR COVID test for international travel and found them to be super easy and efficient and quick. I was in-and-out in no time and the window service was awesome and easy as pie. My results arrived via email about 24 hours later. Boom! Great.

Showed up at the directed early time for my drive thru test. The window blind was closed, no one answering the pharmacy phone, no one answering the call button. I had this appoint set the day before and there were only a handful of cars in the parking lot. Someone who needed a prescription finally rolled up 30min after I was supposed to get tested and she went inside since I couldn't. Found out THEY DIDN'T HAVE A PHARMACIST. So not only did they not cancel any of their testing appointments, they left it open for more appointments to be booked and they didn't put a sign up to let people know what was going on!

The nurse who performed the covid vaccination made it the most pleasant of experiences. No discomfort at all; I didn't feel anything until she put the bandage on, it was as if a butterfly had landed. If you haven't had your vaccination yet do go to this location.

Great staff at the pharmacy and received my COVID vaccine last week. The store was clean and organized. Parking lot had some debris. I will continue to use Walgreens as my primary pharmacy. It's great to have my one and done vaccine.

Thank you pharmacists who helped me determine just what medications I needed for my sinus infection. Medications are so confusing nowadays and I didn't want to take something that wasn't effective. Being able to consult with the pharmacy is great. The girls back there are super friendly. I didn't just eat counter service but one walked me over to the medications and talked to me about the pros and cons of each type. She helped me pick the medication that would be most effective, without over medicating me. Overall I just love how friendly the employees at this location are. I'm always greeted and if there is someone on the floor they go out of their way to see if I need assistance and offer to help check me out. Super glad this is my local Walgreens!
