The front desk admin for the eye exam office, Jessica I think, was extremely friendly, professional, and personable. She communicated well, and even informed me that I was eligible for a free exam. My big issue with this office is its doctor, Dr. Belgrave. We were brought back, and waited an additional ten minutes while he spoke to one of the lens sales associates on speakerphone about a miscommunication or some such. He had a spreadsheet clear and open with patient information, and discussed a previous contact lens appointment. He was short on the phone to the associate, and when Jessica came in to drop some paperwork off he snapped at her when asking what it was. She kept composure and informed him now wasn’t the time.
Once he’d gotten off the phone, the sales associate came over a couple minutes later to clarify that the information wasn’t showing up on her end and he sharply responded that he was in the middle of finishing it.
His manner was rude, short, and he even started to get frustrated with me when there was some mixup with how the insurance information was pulling up. I did not go through with my exam and will not be going back. I have the highest compliments for the support staff for their friendliness and composure.

I would 110% recommend. Very informative about my prescription and worked with me on pricing when my insurance wasn’t. I was in there laughing and joking with them and that’s not something you can say about most places these days! ? They had some really cute glasses and I can’t wait for them to come in!! I will continue to use them for all my eye care needs!

Went to Visionworks to have my glasses updated with my new prescription. The sales associate was fabulous. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. She processed my order, fixed my husband's glasses and took her time dealing with our requests while the phone was ringing, and people were coming in to pick up their orders. She was polite and efficient. Made contact with everyone telling them she would be with them shortly. The perfect example of wonderful customer service!

I came here for a simple eye exam and had to wait 2 hours+ to be seen, i then was seen and they did something wrong with my right eye (calibrating or something) before the exam so we had to do it again, everything looked fine after and i left, went somewhere else to get my lenses handed them my prescription, (its nothing wrong with the place i got them from they did my prescription) my glasses came in today and the right lens is blurry i see worse out of them than my actual eye, very frustrating, now i have to go back and do this all over again and get some new glasses, thanks a a lot, not like i need these or anything.
