I work nearby so the convenience of a 30 minute pedicure makes it ideal to schedule over my lunch break. Viktoriya is not only the owner but the main nail tech in her salon that she's had open for over 12 years in downtown Norfolk. She generously offers bottled water and makes sure you're comfortable before she begins. She has an abundance of OPI colors to choose from as well. Highly recommend!

Never going anywhere else!! I have been so frustrated spending $50+ on TERRIBLE gel manicures around town, being rushed and my nails chipping a week later! I found this shop and Nanae specifically looking for durable gel manicures done well. I am so happy I found this shop and will always recommend her services. She takes so much care on your nails and only accepts perfection. This picture is a week after my manicure with her! The Tokyo gel lasts over 3 weeks and does not chip! My nails are healthy and growing strong. Thank you Nanae!!

I was taken as a walk in, waited shortly and was taken care of by an amazing staff. I showed the staff inspo pictures and they gave me exactly what I wanted! Would gladly come back here again!

A bit disappointed because of the good reviews…
It may be because I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and my feet just might be super sensitive right now, but the nail tech was pretty rough. The relaxing pedicure that I hoped for ended with her cutting pretty deep into my cuticle line/nail bed. A day after getting it done, it seems like it’s getting infected and I’m in a lot of pain. If you have sensitive feet, I would recommend going somewhere else.

My nails always look fire after I leave here! Tokyo soft gel is my new fav, you can go 3-4 weeks before your next fill and they still look amazing. Have to see my girl Nanae!

My nails look amazing. Was referred by a friend who’s nails consistently last almost a month and the Asian gel she uses does less damage to the nailsI’m on week 2 and they still look as good as day 1. I’m not going anywhere else for manicures

I booked with the business for the first time for a gel manicure (French tip) & 60 minute spa pedicure with Viktoriya. She was so sweet and had a calming energy to her! I loved how my nails had an iridescent color that could be seen in direct sunlight & the thickness of the French tip was perfect. We were the only people in the shop so it was really quiet & peaceful. I got my nails on 10/27/23 and by 11/1/23 I had a major chip to one of my nails. Unfortunately, I was already in Texas by the time the chip happened so there was nothing I could do. I do work with my hands, but my gel manicures normally last longer so I'm either gonna try again with her or try another technician.

Beautiful salon and very relaxing. Wonderful experience to take time out during a busy week for some self care. My nails are gorgeous! Nanae did a great job and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I loved this experience!

Iw as in Norfolk after the birth of my granddaughter and came across VIP Nail Salon and decided to give them a try. Viktoriya did a great job on my mani/pedi, the salon was clean and relaxing. I will definately be back on future trips.Services: Pedicure

You have to make an appointment but it is just two people and it's small and private and relaxing. Good skill dealing with difficult feet!
