I want to give a shout out to Danielle at the store on Little Creek in Norfolk, Virginia.She was extremely efficient, competent and helpful when I went in to transfer and buy a new plan/phone. I was amazed at how fast everything was finished. The next day I had to go back in due to a complicated error from my previous phone company, we faced a lot of problems, just trying to get my phone to receive texts and calls. The problem was not Verizon or Danielle, but rather the other company. It took about 1.5 hours to finally figure it out!Through it all Danielle was patient, unrelenting in trying to find a solution, and just overall a star!I hope the management sees what a fantastic employee they have in her. She has amazing talents, good people skills and a great attitude.

Seems like the employees hate working there, especially the one who was helping me out. I did not feel welcomed in the store so unfortunately, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Brought my daughter to pick up her phone which was listed as ready from an online purchase. Arrived at 630. One customer and one rep who were sitting down talking like they were friends outside of work. We waited until after 8pm (store rep locked us in) while she chatted it up with her friend who took her shoes off and got comfortable. Rep said nothing just continued to talk to her friend. Have your friends come to your house not your job.

I frequently visit this Verizon store, but it's consistently understaffed. It's often a waste of time as there's usually only one employee available.

This young lady was very nice, and patient with me. She explained in details what I was getting. She let me know what discounts I was privy to and also saved me a lot of money. She was really really AMAZINGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!

Showed up to this Verizon on 6/7/23 at 5 pm. There was a sign on the door stating they were on break and would be back at 5:45. I understand needing to close due to short staffing and giving breaks, however I left the store at 6 pm because no one had returned from break. I would not recommend going to this location.

Went to buy a new charger for my phone. It was old but I did not want to purchase a new phone at my age but after looking half a minute, the rep, told me there was not one at the store and he did not offer an alternative, except to buy another phoneHe seemed more pre occupied with his phone than what I neededI left and went to walmart and got a similar one to use, it works just fine

I've been coming to this location for years now. Even though I now live in Hampton, I still come to this store because they have top-teir reps that get the most for you. I became a regular after dealing with Billy several years ago, but today Michael King went above and beyond what he had to do. And this was a service problem, not a sale, so no commission or incentive. Will continue to come here as long as the reps remain top of the line.

We are at the 725 Little Creek Rd. location and have just experienced the most bizarrely rude sales associate ever. When we entered, before the door had even closed, the associate said "We dont take those here." We had come to drop off Fios equipment and didnt realize we were in the wrong place. I said, "Well, a hello or a greeting first would be nice before you start telling me what you can and cannot do." He replied, "Hello, we dont take those here. Have a good day." I asked if he knew where we needed to go and he said, "No, have a nice day," and turned his back and walked away. When pressed for his employee information so we could make a complaint to management, he said it was "Bill" and that was all he would say. He left the store floor and we stepped out, feeling totally discriminated against, dismissed, and almost attacked. At this point, my colleague went back in. She asked for his employee number or last name, which he refused to give and when she asked for a GM's name, he claimed he was the GM and told her again to have a nice day and returned to the back of the store. So in summary, we got no greeting, no employee name or supervisor to discuss our issue, and no information about where to take our Verizon equipment. What we got for our error was another encounter in America of a Black man being treated by a white man like he was the problem, like he was in the wrong place, and that his issue didn't matter to the company at large. In the year 2023 we need companies to hear us when we say that we Black Americans are still being made to feel like an inconvenience by people we go to for help. We are disgusted and will be taking this issue to the highest level possible to prevent "Bill" from spewing his nastiness to other people...especially People of Color.

***BEST VERIZON STORE I'VE EVER BEEN TO***Bill took excellent care of me and everyone else in the store. I watched him take care of an older gentleman whose phone had been stolen and several others. He knows his stuff, exhibits strong professionalism, and has an excellent attention to detail.Attention corporate VERIZON: Groom this man for senior management. You would be foolish not to take advantage of one of your internal superstars.

Billiam was our rep. He did everything he could to make my daughter and I have a great experience upgrading our phones. I am difficult to deal with and he succeeded in taking care of me. Hats off to Billiam.
