My wife and I stopped by the store on Hampton Blvd in Nprfolk and we were met by Mr. Mark Chapman. He politely welcomed us into the store and asked us what we wanted. He did a splendid job at being patient with us, he was quite the professional, soft spoken, and friendly. He worked tirelessly to ensure she and I were well taken care of and that our new phones were working perfectly before we did the factory reset on our old phones. We were extremely pleased with Mark and we look forward to working with him in the future if need be. Overall a great experience with the VZW sales associates and this store.

SCAMMERS. GUY TRIED TO GET ME TO GIVE HIM CC INFO FOR SIM CC. AND AGREED THAT MY FAMIKY WHO HAS DONE BUSINESS WITH VERIZON FOR OVER 30years should go to TMOBILE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN CALLED WAS APPALLED AND GOT MY PHONE WORKING IN 5 minutes or less.Stay away unless you want your info stolen, in debit, and scammed

The service here is usually pretty good. I'm disappointed in my last time into the store. My screen was malfunctioning and slowly turning purple and black. The employee was great in that he checked if I had a warranty and he said they were overnighting me a phone. They did not overnight me a phone. I got it two days later, and in the meantime I discovered that you can just get a new screen through the warranty at UbreakiFix. I ended up going to get the new screen on the old phone because I wanted to transfer my data. It was a stressful week when it could have just been a new screen.Also, if you're reading this go ahead and export RECOVERY CODES for anything that uses two-factor authentication.
