I went to this location after being cursed out at the Providence Road location. The service representatives at this location were extremely kind and thoughtful during the whole visit. I was able to complete my purchase an upgrade 2 iPhones and received 2 iPads through the promotions that they were running. I am extremely happy with the service that we received especially after the treatment that we received from previous location.

Don't go here really bad service and they just gave me and my mom problems, we paid $231 just to know that no Money back at all. Really not good place to go to. They take too long with customers, they don't help you out they like to change. $$$ no money back out of 231. I would never get scammed by your company .

Verizon on "us," lol.Pre-ordered phones ?Hidden charges ($125 plus).Shipment arrives ? at your home. Follow the instructions to activate.If you need help.Bring it in,andwe will do it for you.No problem ? ($30)In the end, 70% of my time is sent at work paying for this.Cell phone reception one bar or none. You probably should look for another provider that does help you and your cell phone work properly ? Maybe, I should take my car ? for an oil ? change and pay them to let me change it.

Everytime I call this store or any other store I am placed on an indefinite hold. I don't even know if the number provided is to the actual store or is just a generic call center number .

Don't trust Verizon Wireless. Says store closes at 8pm. It's only 7:45pm on 01/03/24. So it's false information. I will be calling the BBB and the FCC.

I want to start off by saying the manager at this location is stellar! She stayed after hours to accommodate me and ensure that I got my new device. She was very caring, quick, and efficient. To note, this is a very busy location and they are short staffed so the wait times are high (I waited for about 2 hours before being helped.) I was NOT a fan of the woman wearing the red glasses (blonde hair with bangs, taller lady.) She ignored me when I walked in and didn’t even check me in to the queue. Two guests walked in AFTER me and she accommodated them while I sat there and waited for two hours. She finally came over to me and asked me which phone I wanted. I told her which phone and she told me to have a seat and that she was going to go grab it and be right back. She NEVER returned. She ended up helping a different guest that walked in after me. Again, the manager was just plain AWESOME and I am so thankful for her intervening. I can’t rave about her enough! She needs a raise!

I love how their customer service sucks! I just bought a new iPhone 14 from Verizon. It makes random cracking and popping sounds; it can be slow glitchy, and unresponsive. But the retail store here makes one 10 second test and says there’s nothing wrong with it. They gave me an option to sell it back to them and then have me buy it again, which doesn’t make sense since it’s still under the 30 day warranty. Verizon is the worst carrier I have had. Will not use them again. The older guy with gray hair needs to do better.

After listetning to the manager lady asked a customer to walk across the street for change i was helped then immensely filled with anxiety when they were telling me stuff to help that i obviously tried at home before coming in then proceeded to tell me they cant really help me with anything but upgrading to a new phone. Very Very unhelpful. Also i filed my claim in store and paid $100.00 now their tell me that i didn't and i just had to start another claim on Ashurion after the manager and store employee were both very sure they had it right but im still without a phone the next day when it was supposed to be same day delivery between 7-9.
