Poorly run location that is unprofessionally managed.I rarely leave reviews, but my experience trying to work with this location for the past week and a half was quite unpleasant.I will say that the staff were always helpful, personable, and tried to assist in any way that they could. However, clear mismanagement, and, frankly, unprofessional behavior from the store’s manager turned my simple attempt to buy a new phone into a week and a half ordeal (and I’m still without a new phone!)Save your time and patience and go to a different location if you can.

I arrived yesterday 1/17/2024 midday and I was greeted immediately by Andrew. Andrew was very helpful and addressed my issue and assisted me with my plan and getting a new device. He also informed me of the other adding that Verizon has which in the long run I was able to switch my Apple Music, Netflix, and Hulu to be billed with my phone plan. The store location was convenient and very clean and there was another male employee there who also gave me great suggestions as well. I returned to Verizon wireless since cancelling my plan in 2016 but I am happy to return as an old/new customer and look forward to the savings and 5G plan what iPhone 15. Thank you Andrew and pardon me for forgetting your name but I remember you coach a team in Churchland, Portsmouth, you both know your job and are willing to assist.

Went in to switch devices, the guy to the right seemed to have an attitude. He informed me it would be 69 dollars. I called the customer support line, they said it's free. I've been taken advantage of by many companies in my life so they can make their money, not anymore. I will refuse going to this location for now on and will drive further for another location. Train your employees better.
