Everytime I call this store or any other store I am placed on an indefinite hold. I don't even know if the number provided is to the actual store or is just a generic call center number .

I would give this business a -0 if I could. There were multiple associates sitting around chatting with each other and when told what we need help with, rather than helping they told us we needed to call customer service when they could have easily just helped us in person. All they want is profit in this store. Because we aren't buying and had an issue they just tried pass us off. I don't recommend anyone to come here. It wasn't like this before Covid and their renovation. New facelift but bad customer service all around.

I call Verizon in May to report a phone outage. Even though I paid them extra every month for additional interior services, they refused to repair my line. When I called back to register a complaint, they refused my call. Now when I call they won't even answer my call - I'm put into a permanent hold. My current record is over 10hrs on hold - without them ever answering the call.I ask all VA customers to boycott Verizon until they have to address our needs and live up to the contractual promises they make.

My kids and I came in to get my son set up with a phone last weekend, and Angelica was fantastic. She helped make everything easy peasy and I’m super appreciative!

After an absolute terrible experience at a "Verizon Authorized Retailer", I came to this Verizon Wireless store and wow was the experience completely different! I came to the store to re-activate my account that was placed on hold while I was stationed overseas. Ms. Melissa truly took the time to ensure I was taken care of. She provided absolute quality customer service. We had a few issues activating my phone, but she conducted multiple troubleshooting attempts and ensured I did not leave the store without my account activated. Thank you Melissa for the amazing customer service you provided! I highly recommend coming to this Verizon store vice any of the "Verizon Authorized Retailer" stores.

I had an interaction with Slater, who informed me they are the store manager, and it was absolutely one of my worst in recent history. I was sold the wrong size IPad screen protector by that store and simply didn't realize that at the time. Over $60.00 and the box was never even opened. I went in for a charging issue and the problem was the USB C cable which came with new IPad was no longer working. I asked if they'd replace the cord, and "no, go to Apple" was the response. I asked, if you aren't willing to reimburse me for this screen protector could you just save me from having to drive out to the Apple Store by just giving me the $20 charging cable? No. I told them that they might consider that to be a gesture of good customer service. They were upset because, they said, I was yelling at them. I most certainly was not. I'm so over these needful snowflakes.

You can't talk to a human being. Being 76 I can't do all this typing to explain my problems. Don't get them..not worth the hassle. Will be looking for another carrier. Sorry I am talking about Verizon prepaid plans. Not the store..they are nice
