I was having issues with upgrading but the customer support here was IMMACULATE. Da’shala literally went above and beyond to help me all 4 times I came in. Everything was sorted and it was a great experience.

This is a great Verizon location. My phone's battery fried and I couldn't turn it on. I was able to trade-in my phone despite the issue, get a new phone, and order a smart watch, all for a reasonable price because of in-store promotions. Justin, the store manager, was extremely helpful and patient as I debated what I wanted to do. I'm very happy with how everything turned out, and I'm absolutely loving my new phone and watch.

Dashala is a serial liar. She lied to us and made us buy unnecessary devices, saying that they were free but now we are stuck paying them. The amount she said we’d be paying a month is double that. I wouldn’t trust anything these Verizon people say. She said, give me a good review and I’ll deduct 10%, another lie.

Phenomenal Customer Service!!!!!I have been in the customer service industry for over 26 years therefore I value excellent customer service and I can truly say my experience at this location was top notch!!. Jacob and DaShana were , welcoming, friendly and patiently answered my many questions. The Manager, Justin was absolutely amazing! He is very knowledgeable of the systems and product and assiduously resolved my unique situation. I upgraded all my phones and added new services which took a bit of time. They diligently assisted me and even stayed well beyond their shift to complete my services! I have been a customer of Verizon for over 8 years and this level of service is greatly appreciated. Kudu's to these dedicated employees!!

I flew back here from Spain and was very frustrated on having to change my carrier , then i came to Verizon and met joshnell and he was able to get me a brand new iPhone 15! With maximum benefits highly recommend

Great experience! Upgraded my line on a business account and Joshnell was a big help. I tried to upgrade several weeks ago at a different location and they were not near as helpful or friendly.

Best phone buying experience I’ve ever had! I just got a new phone this afternoon and your employee, Alec Mitchell, helped me out. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and was really looking out for me by trying to find me some deals. It was incredible customer service and I can’t recommend Alec and this Verizon location enough!

Alec is AWESOME!!! I have never been into a phone store where they don't try and haggle you into spending more money than you need to. He was very straight to the point and offered me the best deals to save the most money. He was more than helpful! He was also VERY fast with setting up my new phone, I was in and out. Thank you so much Alec, I will only go to this verizon from here on out!!
