On AUG 29, I requested for a service of full detail. I even have the the engine bay for extra. They have awesome reviews! But on the day of service they cancelled 2 hours past my appt. Due to weather advisory, mind you not a single single drop of rain came in that day. But its weather any logical person will understand that. She (kristin) told me she will provide a refund due servicerenderered. 2 weeks has past and they dont even bother to answer the phone. I have screenshots of the convo to prove this .beware of this place!

Courteous and friendly, the crew form VA mobile detail did an outstanding job on our Ford Escape. Although 9 years old, our SUV now looks almost brand new. Their crew not only detailed the interior and exterior of the Escape but were also able to remove a white scrap on our black SUV. The young man who came was very polite and nice, but he was 90 minutes late for the appointment and did not replace the heavy car seat he removed. I didn't realize based on the instructions provided that everything was supposed to be removed from the car; it only said to remove valuables. That said, the detailing looks nice and he was able to remove a huge amount of pet hair, which I appreciated.Services: Auto detailing

They have an all purpose cleaner that removes stains and kills mold and it’s the best. My car looks so good I had to know how to get some of this stuff. They offer it on their website I don’t always want to have a full detail so this will help me keep my car clean longer and Save some money but I’ll definitely be back.
