I've been here several times over the last 6 months and it hasn't ONCE opened at the time posted on the door during any of my visits. I don't understand how this place can still be open, or how the one employee hasn't been replaced with someone who can arrive to work on time, or at least within an hour of the posted opening time.

This is the PO at the Staff College at NSA Norfolk.3rd time I have arrived to mail a package, I walk across the base to get to this PO during my lunch break. Here it is noon, and she still has not opened. Officers passing by heading to Pub 1, laughed and said she is never on time. She has a rep on this base an USPS does NOTHING.

If you are going to have a one-person crew and this person cannot get there at the correct time, change the hours to reflect this.

Went there a few months ago. The clerk was 30 minutes late and didn't care. When I saw her walk open up, I realized she had been sitting in her car beside me the whole time I was waiting taking a personal call.

This place is no longer open why haven't they changed it on line? Is it for funding? Even hours on door says it's open then it never is. Has been closed since covid.

Unsure why they are always closed during the normal work week, there are no notices on the door, lights are off and door locked.

Supposed to be open at 11:30. I've been here twice during the workweek, right when they are supposed to be open, and waited around for them to open the door. Lights are off, door locked. No show. People walk here from their buildings at lunchtime to ship packages. They need to be open when they say they will be open.

This is a small office so I understand that they have a small staff. I got to work with the lead and she was very nice. Handled my key request quickly and explained everything.

The one time they were open when I came they were fine but today was the third time no one has been there during open hours with no notice or note of being closed.

Drop off a package for a military member overseas and customer service said the package was scanned but never ship from the location on 14 of February and my spouse is still waiting on that important package.
