The worst service ever I have a package delivered here it’s been two days already and my package is still at this location my P.O. Box is at the one on tidewater dr next to the gas station and family General I think that’s the name I went there today to get my package and the lady that handles all mailed to the post office where my PO BOX is at had the nerves to tell me I just have to wait until they receive it I really had wanted to flatline her…..So you tell me it’s here but I have to wait I wanted to post my video but it won’t let me ???
UPDATE: Package still haven’t left this location yet and today is 8/30/24

Worthy of Zero stars. Horrendous experience with rude female worker who got irritated by me asking questions concerning getting a money order. This location is garbage, don’t waste your effort coming here.

Every time I come here in the morning they are never open on time. The sign says 8:30 but it’ll be 8:45 and you’ll have a lobby full of people waiting. Do better so you’re not wasting people’s time.

They don’t where anybody mail is and we paid for mailboxes keys we never received they keep us to come back Monday 430 we to get them when get here they comeback next Monday at 430 still nothing after 3 Monday that have no one to make the key they key man is out on emergency and do don’t know anything horrible the medicine is missing in the mail they apply the hold on my and going up there filling out yellow card three different times

Do not come close to 5pm, especially if a fat girl with red hair is working. She will not help you because all she cares about is getting off of work and not her customer service. She was very rude. Very!

GENE* is amazing, it was my first time sending out a care package for my spouse who is deployed and he was so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable on the process and worked fast get me in and out. You don’t always get good customer service like that in this area so o truly appreciated his help. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

the workers don’t want to do their job at all, on the building it is written in huge letters that you can get a passport here. the employee of this office said we don’t do that here. Why then a huge poster? She said go to another office that is open on weekdays. She just didn’t want to do her job!!

Slowest usps I've ever been. There was like 6 people in front of us then when it was our turn he apologized they didn't had the paper to write the address on so he gave us one and told us to go back at the end of the line to fill it up and there's like 10 more people in line so we had to wait in line again!

Deserves zero stars. Went to buy stamps and they were completely out. I asked when they would receive stamps and was told “when we order them.”
