Went to drop off a few packages, a guy at the front desk said he'd be back in 5 minutes, waited 10 minutes and could hear him in the back talking about sports to other employees. After 15 minutes of waiting and customers lining up, I walked away.

Delivery drivers don't attempt to deliver packages properly. No knock on the door or ringing doorbell. They will leave a slip and not follow instructions on the redelivery causing you to have to pick up your package.

Today a young black mailman just threw my package up against my glass door (23523) and isn't a federal crime to steal or destroy people mail or package? I bet the United States Post office at 1112 Green Street Norfolk, VA would allow their employees to continue with this illegal & inappropriate practice against customers???

I’ve lost many packages shipping from here. One time they claimed the drop box was broken into and another time there was no explanation for where they went. I sell through eBay a lot and will no longer be going through usps because of how much money I’ve had to refund
