Had a package shipped from overseas before the sender even came back into the states all of the address was completely correct in their system but they're saying it's not. Seems like someone done stole my package this post office sucks.. the postmaster is the worst as well no help at this office at all just usless

This distribution center is lousy.... they always make a my delivery's a day or 2 days late!!! Ridiculous!

I tried calling but the phone went to a busy signal everytime. Had to go in person where I was helped. It could've been done quickly over phone though.

This part of the post office is not capable of delivering certified mail. Do not let anyone send you anything by certified mail. They cannot track it. They cannot deliver it. They are totally incompetent to deliver certified mail. Use FedEx or some other private carrier.

waited 40 minutes to speak with a supervisor in order to pick a package on behalf of friend. Nobody showed up.

We went to get a minor's passport. You DO have to make copies of all documents before you come. However, the Department of State said you had to so we can prepared. Unfortunately, we did not realize that we should have made copies of the parent's proof of identity for EACH minor child. That was on us though. They were happy to help us with one of the minor passports and even told us where we could go for walk-in passports that day.

Missent mail and packages every day. Loop mail, Return to sender items being sent back to the post office that sent out the items to be returned to the sender. Loose mail and flats mixed in with the packages. Delaying political mail and absentee ballots. Delaying pay checks or losing them completely.

Don't waste your time trying to get a passport here. Made an appointment online for Passport Services, read the site in its entirety. I get there and the rude lady says "do u have a copy of your license front & back and a copy of your birth certificate?". No where online does it says to do this, it says come with original documents via dept. Of state website. Don't waste your time here, just go to Norfolk Circuit Court.

Lady was rude and they dont have a copier available but require a copy of my documents. I did this at another post office and they simply made a copy and handed to to me. If you can't do this don't be rude but I find it hard to believe there is no copier in this building honestly.

Maybe it was a good day and time when I went but I just had great service! I needed to mail a letter Priority and Ms. Angela took care of what I needed so quickly that it took less than 15 minutes to leave my office, drive to the post office, check out, and drive back! Hopefully the next time I need to come here I have as good of an experience.
