My daughter has been in her new apartment for 5 weeks and has not received her mail. She is told they are behind. DEAR POST MASTER OF NORFOLK VA. HIRE STAFF OR DO WHATEVER YOU NEED TOO TO GET MAIL DELIVERED IN NORFOLK VA. this is unacceptable!!!!

I just applied for a passport at this location and it was fast, easy and the two gentlemen working were very nice. I wasn't looking forward to doing this, but it couldn't have been more convenient.

They say they open up at 0830 but been standing outside for about 30 minutes now can't even check my mailbox because they locked up the doors. I mean this is not acceptable make me want to just suspend my po box subscription if I don't access to it. SMH

Suddenly "No access to delivery location" after 3 years of me living here, and it appears they've stopped any attempt at delivering mail at all.In addition to this, the local office no longer has a manager/boss in house and all mail goes to some other location so residents aren't even able to retrieve THEIR OWN mail at their local post office.FIX THIS!

It seems that my package has become the victim of an interstellar black hole (aka the local post office). I know they are now having issues with excessive packages, along with not enough workers, but that should not be an excuse to lie about package delivery. Was expecting a package from Amazon on Thursday (2/29), but by the end of the day it was listed as undeliverable because of a blocked driveway. I don't have a mansion where you have to drive up a long drive, just a typical yard they walk across to deliver mail (it should be noted no mail was received by my neighbors that day). The package was delivered the next day. Then on Saturday (3/2), I was expecting another package from Amazon. This time, at around 7:30pm, the package was listed as delivered (which it was not). Again, no mail delivery to my neighbors that day. I guess it is time to elevate the complaints to a higher level!

I have never lived anywhere where the post office refuses to deliver packages! Literally, if you have anything larger than a letter, they don't even attempt to deliver it and automatically mark it as "Delivery attempted - undeliverable". I have to stand near the window and pray I see the postperson pull up so I can run down and ask for my packages, because they won't deliver them otherwise. Then you can't pick up your items on a Saturday because they're closed. I can't wait to move back to Chesapeake so I have a post office that cares again ?

Their driver scratched my car and I was promised it was being looked into and I never got any word back from them. It’s been 2 months since the incident and I’ve tried calling almost every day since. They can’t even pick up the phone or give me an email address to follow up. I will get a lawyer if I don’t hear back

Mr. MOTT the so called supervisor had a nasty sarcastic attitude ewww! So went there yesterday. because my package said delivered and was not. Man tells me it was scanned and delivered to address two streets over and one number off. This is all the time people wrong mail etc. So they call me stating people brought package no apology or nothing. So went after work wanted to speak to supervisor got a clown in a church suit n hat like oh I’m off today but I’m supervisor rude as hell
