I walked in on 8/2 at 5:10pm. There were two ladies at the front counter. I said hello and neither one spoke back. One was on her phone and the other , leaning on the counter would even look at me let alone spoke back. I stopped in front of the register and said hello but still wasn't acknowledged. She continued starring out the door. The only reason I was in there 5 min was because I traveled from Hampton to look for something for church. A third person approached the counter and I was leaving out and it was then, when she said have a good day. I will never return to this location again. Union mission....? They were on a different mission.

Don't waste your time applying here... if u got a felony they will not hire u now or in the future. Glad I have a job already in management. That's their lost not mine.

I have been going to the Union Mission Thrift since it was on Granby Street. I love this store & even though I need nothing in my small home I love to go there & find things. Recently one of the employees also named Linda left & moved to the Carolinas. She will be missed. Everyone who works there is very nice & helpful. Saturdays the sale is everything 1/2 price except for new or grocery items. I truly miss the Warehouse sale that was held once a month before Covid. I found some real bargains there & I wish they would bring it back.

I've been going "thrifting" for years now and I am not overexaggerating when I say that this is the nicest thrift store around. I'm not knocking the others in town, but the Union Mission Thrift is in a class of their own. The cleanliness is outstanding. The selection is always impressive. The prices are more than fair. The people are friendly and helpful. My only issue is that there aren't more locations ?.

For a “thrift” store, the prices are INSANE. $5 for a used and disgusting Navy uniform undershirt. You can get a pack of 3 brand new for $7. Disappointing.

It's a nice store but they were so rude I walked out after a full basket. I'm astounded a charity would behave this way. To be rude to one customer and then be perfectly nice to the very next one with the same exact question.

I absolutely love this store. I always find amazing stuff. The prices are always extremely reasonable. Also the discount days and sales they have are too cool.
