I was nervous about the CPAP machine, but Danielle did much to put me at ease with her layout of the logistics in managing the unit. She also assured me that she and the team would work with me should difficulties arise. She was very quick in responding when it was found that the nasal mask was not right for me. Within a day, she got me switched over to a full mask. Last night was a marked improvement. I am very pleased with the service.

Danielle, X142, was superb. She introduced me to all the equipment and took time to answer all of my questions. I’ve had my CPAP for 15 years, but I’m new to Tyron Medical. She’s the best example of a representative for a client company offering personal services I’ve seen in a long time. I’m 72 years young.

My experience with Jimmy, Emily and Geoff were great. Geoff was very knowledgeable of my wheelchair. Geoff adjusted everything that needed to be done. He was very pleasant to work with this also applies to Jimmy.
When I spoke with Emily she was very professional, pleasant and helpful.
My experience with Tracy was TERRIBLE. For a person that is dealing with customers she is very unintentive,rude at times. I've called and left messages one time it took her over a week to get back to me. Mostly everytime I called I had to leave messages. At one point she told me that not all the parts to my manual wheelchair didn't come in, I waited about 2 weeks called Tracy back, she advised me she would look into it never got back to me. I spoke to Emily around the 17th of September she advised all the parts to my wheelchair were in. I called back spoke to Tracy on September 29th again she would look into it. I called on October 15th advised Tracy it was almost a month since the parts where in why is my chair not ready. Tracy advised again would look into it. My husband called Jimmy left a message asking for a follow up about the chair. On October 17th got a call from Tracy telling my chair could be delivered Friday October 18th. When I asked what happened that it took so long her answer she didn't know. ???? Is she not the one who is supposed to know?
When Geoff delivered my wheelchair today he told me my chair was on schedule to be delivered since Monday and was waiting for Tracy to call me and make the appointment for delivery??
This is my second wheelchair from Tycon, my first one only took me about a month and half to receive. Tracy dropped the ball somewhere down the line. At one point when I called Tracy was very rude and I quote "Mrs.Collins I will call you when your wheelchair is ready" in other words she didn't like that I was being proactive by following up. Tracy seems like she doesn't care about her customers, maybe she either needs to have an attitude change or get another job.
I personally do not want anything to do with Tracy. I've been manger of Dr.s officers for many years and I would have never allowed an employee to treat a patient in this manner.
On the other hand as I mentioned before Jimmy, Emily and Geoff were wonderful to work with. Geoff was attentive and answered all my questions.
These are the people I would want representing my company.
Jimmy came to my home July 12th and I just received my chair today October 18th. I'm very pleased so far with my chair. The reason I followed up so much was my wheelchair was falling apart.

My experience with Tycon medical has been amazing! They communicate well and keep you in the loop while waiting for insurance approval. My son loves his new adaptive stroller. It’s going to make such a difference since most strollers cannot accommodate older kids. Derek delivered the stroller to me and explained how it collapsed and how to remove& reattached the accessories. He was thorough and helpful! I’d highly recommend using Tycon for all medical supply needs!

Tycon Medical went above and beyond to get my wife’s new power wheelchair. Janet and the rest of the staff were so helpful and understanding. Everyone was so nice to talk to and they gave us updates throughout the process. Again thank you so much for making my wife mobile again.

I have received poor service from this company's billing department from day one they will not return my calls to discuss the payments on my account. I want to pay what I owe but will not repay payments already made the equipment part of the company is great

For the first few years they provided great service. Then they started sending me the wrong size for my CPAP supplies and I had to go in to get them changed to the right size. Then more recently they started lying about calling the doctor to get information they needed to proceed. Finally I had to call the doctor myself. It has been a month and a half since my doctors appointment and I still am trying to get supplies and no call back. I have had to get my doctor to send a prescription to another company.. I would never recommend this company for anything. Their customer services are the worst.
