This company recommended "All about u" moving to me and they were awful. They rescheduled/cancelled on me the day of my move causing me immense stress and now that I am trying to set things up in my home, I can not find the proper screws or tools meaning that their team misplaced them during the move.

Trusted Movers were very professional from the time they arrived until they finished. They helped us out after our movers cancelled three days before our move. They arrived on time, were very careful with the furniture, and completed the move in the time allotted. Our two men were wonderful - so patient and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them if you are planning a move. Thank you, Trusted Movers.

They don't vet their subcontractors and my experience of these workers is that they are not professionals and they lack the equipment to safely move furniture and appliances without damage. Additionally they have a tendency to arrive very late and with an insufficient workforce.

This company subcontracts to local moving companies. In our case we were contracted out to a local business called Mini Movers, through Trusted Movers network. They were set to arrive at 10AM on a Saturday morning. At about 20 after 10 they called to say they were running half an hour late, and they eventually showed up at 11:30. We had contracted three men for three hours. For the first hour we had one guy. The head guy wandered off to see if he could find some more help. After the first hour a second guy showed up. We never did get a third person. They did not have equipment for moving large furniture or appliances, despite knowing these things would need to be moved. In the course of the move they managed to break a kitchen cart, and the handle of an antique bench. They scraped paint off the walls of the new place, and put several gouges in the flooring of the kitchen when bringing in the refrigerator. These are clearly not professional movers, and they are not working with good equipment. They were perfectly pleasant people, but their boss was cagey to a fault and wanted payment before any paperwork for restitution on damage was made. I would not hire through this network again due to the uncertain subcontracting situation.

The crew called multiple times to confirm pick up site, time , and to update upon arrival. They were professional and supportive towards moving furniture into different locations while still there . If I had to move again I'd definitely use these services to guarantee my move is successful again .

Horrible. Poor communication. Possible scammers. After being contacted by a "Trusted" Movers Network representative, I paid a $100 deposit and connected with M&M Moving. The movers were decent. They cracked a house fan and I found out only because I heard it and asked what happened, a few dents on my items, and a nick in the wall, but all-around I was not unhappy with the movers themselves. HOWEVER, after it came time to settle the bill, things went down hill. "Elvis" from M&M moving stated that the deposit didn't count and was a referral fee for Trusted Movers Network. When I told him I wanted to contact Trusted Movers network to get to the bottom of this, he threatened that it would be considered a refusal to pay. He also threatened to contact my military command and touted that he was a retired O-5. Then his wife got on the phone and continued to push me to pay the full balance. Eventually I had to hang up. I tried calling Trusted Movers Network multiple times and could not get through to them. Coincidentally, I received a request for feedback via e-mail from the same person who originally contacted me and took my deposit. I tried calling her as well with no response. I e-mailed her and asked her to call me immediately. No response. I decided to call M&M Moving back and told them I couldn't get through to anyone at Trusted Movers Network, but offered to forward to them the e-mail from Trusted Movers Network that specifically showed the deposit was to be deducted from the final bill. They eventually, rudely, agreed to accept the correct amount. When I asked them if they wanted the e-mail from Trusted Movers Network annotating my deposit or if they wanted me to continue to work with Trusted Movers Network regarding the confusion about the deposit they told me "no." After this was said and done, I did complete the survey I received from Trusted Movers Network and checked, "Yes," that I would like someone from Trusted Movers Network to contact me. Weeks have passed and I haven't received any response. Given everything that happened, I cannot simply chalk this up as miscommunication or a bad day. This is a clear sign of extremely poorly managed businesses, or even worse, scammers. Steer clear of Trusted Movers Network and M&M Moving. I'm glad that M&M Moving didn't pursue any additional avenues to scam me out of more money because it would not have gone well for them or anyone else they would involve.
