The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I visited two days ago, and was met with very unpleasant behavior. This was my first time visiting this location, so I figured I might’ve just came on a bad day. I called this particular store again today to inquire about purchasing additional items, and someone answered the phone only saying, “Hello…” I thought I might’ve dialed the wrong number, so I asked, “Is this the True Religion store?” “Yeah, the one in Norfolk.” I will just continue to shop online.

Very bad customer service. Cashier was impatient like I was bothering her. When I asked for a specific size twice, she goes in the back and I heard her say, “Oh, Lord.” I said, “just forget it. I heard what you said. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.” When I told her What she said. She said, “I don’t remember,”. They don’t deserve any stars!!

Customer service is below average at this store. I would purchase online or find another location. I do like the way the cloths fit. Unfortunately it's not worth the hassel of shopping in store.
