Absolutely the worst service ever. We went in at 7:00 PM and they told us that we couldn’t use the changing rooms because they were closed due to closing the store in an hour. The two employees were talking to each other on their walkie-talkies it was loud and obnoxious every time you walked past one. Never once did either one offered to help anybody in the store

My husband walked around the store shopping for 20 minutes without anyone asking him if he needed any help. I watched 2 associates talk about a customer in front of us and neither asked if he needed help. I am very disappointed. I told my husband to put down everything he had in his hands which was over 500 worth of clothes and we walked out. Terrible customer service.

I had the opportunity to work at this store. The staff are beyond helpful. They provided a friendly atmosphere. The store is by far the neatest and cleanest store I've seen. I would definitely shop there off the clock.

This store is clean and well-stocked with some very nice items from the Ralph Lauren collection. The men's section appears much larger than the women's which is a first, but they do still have a nice selection of shoes, dresses, casual and dressy and seasonal clothing for women inside. It's a larger store so worth the browse if you like the style of Polo RL and are looking for a new piece. Prices are still high but you can find a good sale here if you look hard enough.

I am a FREQUENT customer of this particular store! They always have a sale for members of at least 20%-30% in addition to any store sales events. I always end up purchasing something each visit. It is a clean store and the clothes are very fashionable. I am a very happy customer!
