“Very friendly and reasonable price on their games for adults and kids. They'll have your favorite old school game if you ask lol but it's such an amazing place to shop for games.”
“Well what to say about this place. The girl behind the register was very nice. Tried to help in any way shape or form. Even tried to help finding things they didn’t have in the store. Customer service was on point. Store is stocked full from front to back and side to side. Some items are new toys. Some items have to be second hand toys someone owned and are just trying to sell. Pricing well some place items are not cheap. Second hand items are comparable to ebay and other sites. They have Melissa and Doug toys Barbie wrestling sonic TMNT you name it. Overall for a mall store. Everything was to be expected beside customer service. Nothing against this store on this part. It would be against the mall. You need to redo signs, entrance points, I had to call this store and get parking directions to even find the right door. Store gets 4’and 1/2 stars. Mall brings it down for me especially since it’s sitting in a big part of the city.”
“i’d go back, Josh who was on in the AM was super friendly and not pushy for sales he did let me know about the extra trade in credit for two or more games and other standard ad i’m sure gamestop has them say but otherwise just felt natural friendly customer service which is always nice and was eager to help me with any questions or help finding anything”
“Big space with so much to offer and look at your ADHD is in check you might last for an hour.. sometimes there's only one person on register when there's thousand people waiting... Hope for customer service change in this economy...??❤️?”
