Update: Following my negative experience at the store, I reached out to corporate seeking a resolution and to provide feedback on my experience. Since then, my perspective has completely changed, and I have nothing but positive feedback to share! April, the customer service representative, was exceptional. She provided invaluable assistance, going above and beyond to address my concerns. Her efforts have truly transformed my perception of the Tory Burch brand. Additionally, April facilitated communication with Cody, the Regional Manager, who expressed sincere apologies for my experience. He assured me that the staff involved would be addressed, and he promptly arranged for the exchange process. Cody's assistant, Chad, emailed me within the hour, a prepaid return shipping label. He also provided an outlet catalog along with images of all available purses for my selection. I chose a beautiful purse, which arrived within just two days, accompanied by a stunning pair of earrings. I am so thankful that I persisted after my initial negative encounter. This positive experience highlights the company's commitment to its customers and their satisfaction!Original Review: The manager was extremely rude in this location. I was excited to exchange a purse I received, for something more my style and I was passed on to the manager. The manager wouldn’t even make direct eye contact or stop what she was doing to speak to me and completely brushed me off. I have never been treated like that by a store employee and was shocked to receive that treatment in such a nice store by management. I do not recommend shopping at this location.

I love browsing this outlet. Staff are always friendly and welcome you into the store and offer help if needed.There are some very cute, often on trend bags and accessories and shoes on sale in here.I often find cute wallets and small purse/backpacks I love inside.Easy location and parking within Norfolk Premium Outlets.

Nice store, bad customer service. I bought an item for someone and no one told me it was a final sale item! The individual can not fit it, so we’re stuck with an item! If they would’ve told me, I would’ve waited until the person can arrive at the store to try on!

I had horrible service las couple days the Asian lady with almost red hair ?? I ask her a question she completely ignored me I was looking for sunglasses she came and stand by me made me feel uncomfortable specially I ask a question. This is not the first time that have happened to me she always stares at me and not even helping for customers service!

Very bad customer service.Elaheh Nosrati Shamlou.Sara and Kasra rude to her customers always on phone avoiding customers . She was staring at my disabled son and made him very uncomfortable. We don’t like going places and everybody’s staring because of disabilities. That is so wrong. I could never come here again. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve had a great experience. We love the store. Everybody else there is always taking such good care of us. We spend so much money there, we don’t want to stop coming. But she needs to go.
