Hands down the best thrift store for clothes, jewelry, coats, and seasonal decor! I've bought my party, work, and interview wardrobes from there and have gotten plenty of compliments on my outfits. I miss their dressing room though. But they have a really good selection of items and are pretty organized for the most part.

The store is big and has lots of thing to look through. When i got into the line my phone was going slow as i was trying to transfer money into my account before i got the the register, i wasn’t able to complete it in time so when i got the register it was still loading. the lady checked out my stuff and told me what i had to pay so i dug in my purse to get my wallet since my phone has just completed the transfer. the lady who checked out my stuff turned to the women behind her said said “there’s a long line, like really” and she seemed to have a bit of a passive aggressive attitude. This was my first time here and it made me not only feel uncomfortable but it also made me feel bad. she might’ve been talking about the other employee at the other register but it seemed like she was talking about me. i find it unprofessional to say things like that in from of a customer. it left a bad taste in my mouth as i left and i hope that she learns not to “gossip” while in front of a customer.

So I found myself in a thrift store today because you know my wife likes them....
It's not the first one I've been in but it is one of the best.
This place is absolutely well managed and it must have some high quality employees because management only takes you so far
I mean the place is obviously clean. The clothes are abundant and organized by size and - wait for it - color. Yes lots of places try to organize by color to a degree, But not like this place.
High quality stuff too. The prices on some name brands and a lot of the shoes are a bit high but much of the stuff is well priced. Even by my 1990s standards....
So I'm just impressed.
My hats off to the management and to the folks that work at Thrift Store USA On East Little Creek Road in Norfolk.

Its a good place to thrift, I just feel uncomfortable today that I bought a new dress that’s on the wall and the old white lady keep following me and want to put back the dress and telling me if ill buy it or not, cause I can’t walk around holding the dress.she look at me from head to foot and I felt so bad and I feel racism at this point cause I’m Asian. I even told to the cashier that the lady is so rude and forgot to ask her name. Don’t look down to people if they’re not wearing fancy clothes or just wearing crocs. Don’t be so judgmental.!!!!!

Horrible management. The owners fine but the managers there are horrible. They treat you like you’re a robot. They talk about all the staff members like they are high schoolers. Wish I could give zero stars. Sorry that the owner made the horrible decision to hire the management he has. KD aka ken is the only manger that works there with a proper head on their shoulders.

Got some good stuff here! Will definitely be back. My only complaint is the amount of good finds I had to put back because of the price. I understand some stuff has value but it takes away the purpose of thrifting when a good chunk of the store is between $50-80

This by far deserves to be called a great thrift store. I have a business and I have shopped here at least 15 years. The staff, especially Cherie and I can’t remember her name tall white girl with glasses. They are the best .. very professional , helpful and of course Charlie. I haven’t been in a while but I love this store!

I used to shop at thrift store USA a ton for my kids clothes, my own clothes, etc. Today changed that. My child who has autism was having a tantrum because his brother took the book we were trying to buy and Aliana said "you don't know me but you need to shhh because i have a headache". When I went back inside after leaving the book and leaving the line I told her she has no right to discipline my child. He only yelled for a moment. She claims to have been a nanny for autistic children yet has no concept that she should not be attempting to discipline someone else's child. I was taking a moment to emotionally regulate before I handled the situation and by the time I was about to handle it she stepped in and he had already stopped screaming. Aliana was very rude to me and refused to apologize saying repeatedly "I'm not sorry so I won't apologize". The manager said she was going to talk to her but I doubt it will have any affect since she doesn't have good communication skills at all. She blamed her disciplining my kid on her ptsd because him screaming for a moment triggered her. However she works in a thrift store and there are Ada accommodations to help with ptsd. I won't be shopping here again since I can't even purchase a $2 book without being judged or having a young cashier try to discipline my child.

Blonde lady with tattoos on her chest at the counter was extremely rude. Was very nice to the woman in front of me and was extremely rude with me. Seemed as if she had an attitude, not sure what changed in 2 seconds of her checking me out. However, the other workers were very nice, Would recommend she takes a deep breath and not carry prejudices to customers, would not come back.

Lots of selections from this store. Found some really good vinyl records. Records are ruined now because of the way the price tags were pressed on to them. What you use fricken glue?? If I would have know that these were going to be an issue, I would have not bought them.
