This antique store is awesome. They have a great selection and wonderful prices. The owner that was in today was very inviting, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store is laid out nicely and is very clean. We love stopping in when we are in the area and usually always find at least one treasure.

If you're into antiques, this store is a great place to drop in at. Lots of beautiful furniture pieces, vintage art, albums and knick knacks. Owner was super friendly! Plenty of room to move around and items were displayed beautifully! If you visit during the week, make sure to park on the side street and if you park in front of the store, be sure to pull your mirrors in.

This antique shop is an absolute gem! The gentleman working the cash register was both kind, attentive, and full of valuable knowledge. I would absolutely recommend anyone in Hampton Roads and beyond to make time to visit the Village Mermaid. I will absolutely be a regular there from now on. You can find all kinds of treasures and goodies spanning decades. You won't want to miss it!
