The scrubs are fine, but the prices are high which is misleading because their title is Outlet. And the return policy is awful. If I wasn't in a bind trying to find a specific color, I would not recommend shopping here.

Fabulous! Great selection at half the normal prices! The lady - I wish I'd gotten her name - was so nice and helpful! I will be back and I'll be bringing my nurse and cna friends!

Terrible experience! I was gifted a stethoscope but I already have one so without even opening the box or anything, I went to try and return it for store credit or however they do it. It says “no refunds” on the receipt which I don’t agree with to begin with but that’s besides the point.. it says “exchanges only within 30 days “ so I brought it in 2 days later and they said I can’t return it for store credit or anything! So now I am left with something expensive that I don’t need and a bad taste in my mouth. I was going to get scrubs from here but I immediately walked out and won’t be coming back after that experience. Don’t allow any exchanges if it’s only with certain things. Avoid this place at all cost.

I will have to agree with those saying the customer service is bad. The female and the male in there... both cold and unfriendly. It's uncomfortable. Good selections, but customer service is important. Especially in this inflation we have going on. Wouldn't you want our service? Be nice to people!

The other day the lady worker really made my day, I didn't get anything, because I left my wallet at home. However, Uniform Outlet is definitely my new go to. Scrubs are my life. R.N dreams ?

I have to agree with many of the reviews. The customer service is terrible. I came in yesterday morning and did not get a greeting or anything. The lady at the register was so busy on her phone laughing. When I ask for a fitting room it seem like I was asking for too much. I have been to many other Uniform Outlets and fell inlove with the scrubs here. I happen to be in Norfolk and decided to check this one out. Never again :(

The customer service is really bad, I went into return scrubs I bought the same day because they didn’t fit, and I had found a different pair at a diff company. The person that was working made me feel kind of bad for it? He had mentioned that this was the first time he’s ever done a same day return, and had an attitude about it. I had mentioned why, and he just kind of looked at me. Not even a thank you or you’re welcome. I’m not really sure why, or if it was just a bad day for them? I’m hoping once I go in there again, it’ll be a better experience.

I needed a new pair of scrubs for my job orientation and I came during business hours. To my surprise when i got there the lights were on but the door was locked. I waited 30 minutes and called the store as well and nothing.

The store was set up very nice but where is the customer service. I took my lady here to buy scrubs and stuff for work. I was prepared to spend hundreds but the guy who was working last night didn't speak or offer any help. He looked at us and put his head down! You all lost out on business last night. No one was in the store but us two and him. Very disappointed.

Been in here a handful of times to try to replace my shoes, they only have decorative ones. Not a large variety, Bad attitudes, not very helpful overall.

This is the worse costumer service I had encounter .This Emplyees are engaged ina full conversation ,doesn’t greed the costumer ,completely ingnore you .I was frustrated for the fact that they are always out of the sizes Iam looking for .She never offered to order ,I asked if I could order she finally did to find out they are back on order until November .Never apologize for the inconvenience and almost trow me out of the store when I said I need find another store To get what I need .I will never go back to this store .There are plenty business that will welcome my business .Would give 10 zeros if I could .Management has to be very bad for Emplyee behave like that .
