One star because they are NEVER open. Their Google states they are open at 12pm and it is currently 1:20pm on a Thursday and they are NOT open. Don’t waste your time finding parking for an establishment that cannot abide by their hours. I really wish they would close down and allow a better establishment to rent that space.

Absolutely cannot rely on them being open even if it’s during their hours of operation and the “OPEN” sign is on. It’s the second time this has happened to me. I guess they can’t afford to pay enough staff to actually be open so they prob won’t be around long. Extremely disappointed; hopefully another place will open up soon in the same area.

First of all, trying to find parking in downtown Norfolk is a pain, so when you arrive thinking they are open because the open sign is lit and the hours of operation says they are open but doors are closed and no one answers the phone, is very very disappointing. We saw 3 other people try to go in also. If you don't want business, just say so.

Staff is always friendly and quick to assist you. Very accommodating. If the product isn't available, they will try and produce the product or a suitable replacement on the spot.

The store hours are only suggestions. Just go to Macarthur pharmacy for CBD and ∆ 8 products because there's a chance you might show up during open hours to a locked door with all the lights off

If I could give 0 start I would because they are open till 9pm and I got there at 3. The open sign was on and every thing and after 15 minutes trying to find parking and then another 20 minutes waiting no one was the treeVery dissatisfied and very disappointed
