First time using the service function. Instructions were a little Grey. App says to just park in a geofenced area and you're good to go.... But then I walked in because it was like 9am and I was just gonna wait.... Then the service peeps asked me to drive into the inside portion and drop off the key card. No big deal I guess. Just a disconnect between the app and what the location wants. Maybe fix that??Pickup was super fast and easy though. Paid through the app.

Unbelievable customer service. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Ms Alexander. We told her what we were looking for and she hooked us up. 2023 Model Y. Super happy!

I've had my issues with this place before, but my most recent experience just shows why I don't trust them to work on my vehicle.I had to replace the large drive unit on my model s. I had no weird noises before the replacement. Afterwards I had clunking in the rear suspension and a wobble when going into regeneration. They also forgot to do the alignment after replacing the large drive unit.I took it back to get the alignment completed and to have them figure out why it was wobbling and why I had a noise. They told me that my bushings for my tow adjustment arm was going bad and that's why I had the noise. They said they made it as tight as possible to get rid of the noise and the wobble. It took him three times to get the alignment right and the wobble lessened but remained.I look at it myself the bushings are good. The bolts were lose by about 50ftlbs.They also gave me a quote of $3,000 to replace the rear suspension arms because of worn bushings. They don't know how to work on their vehicles.

The way they process sales and service is a totally new experience for me. It's very digital, just like the car. I think it's very efficient and the humans are very helpful when you need them. Love my model S.

I’ve visit this location around 7 times in 1yr mostly for recurring problems. I was told condensation entering through the glass is normal and nothing can be done about seal bulging issues. See pics. You don’t have to be a technician to know that this isn’t correct. Friendly staff however the service is complete trash. I’ve resulted to using the next closest service center in Richmond.

Tesla in Norfolk 7520 North Military Highway is a must visit. Tesla electric cars are intriguing in the sustainable energy with electric cars. The technology is innovative and incredibly. I am impressed, but let it be known I am a loyal Toyota 4Runner and Toyota Land Cruiser girl. My husband took his Tesla in for service to replace a chip windshield and reprogram the passenger window. The service technicians are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Tesla’s vehicle warranty covers 4 years or 50,000 miles on the Basic Limited Warranty. The Battery Coverage is up to 8 years❗️I am seriously considering purchasing a second Tesla for our household.?

They treat you like family! Had to get AC system replaced and they got it done within a few hours and it blows ice cold now! Everyone was friendly and informative about a few maintenance questions I had. Happy to have a local service center that care about you and your car.

The guys there itself are (mostly) nice and have good intentions but Tesla Inc as a company provides a bad management structure, terrible learning procedures for technicians to complete quality repairs, and awful follow ups when issues arrive; their quality assurance and/or customer service department is non existent for the service department, and my car suffers because of it. Tesla needs to work on their internal processes to empower their employees better, good work ethics can only go so far without proper leadership.

Tesla Sales (1 star), Tesla Service (5 star). I went in to ask for assistance on a headlight feature on my 2018 Tesla. First question to me was "Did you buy the Tesla here"? Its a 2018, of course I didn't, this dealership hasn't been around that long (what?). No other customer around and he can't even be bothered to get off his seat and his personally owned laptop. He said it was policy that he can't help me with 3rd party cars. This is sales, he's clearly not interested in building repour with a potential future customer, let alone learn something new about a car he says he doesn't know much about. I can go on and on about the conversation. I was shocked. Went over to service and they answered my questions. Sales was unprofessional and not even knowledgeable about their own products. Giving excuses gets no one anywhere. Tesla sales and knowledge on the cars must be the easiest car sales job. Tesla sells 4 cars only. The screens gets over the air updates and features are very similar and mostly standardized. How hard is your job?

Had a bad key fob. They were out of stock online. Had to wait two weeks to get into shop. So couldn't drive car out of cell coverage or would be able to get back in. I bought one online as backup. Also had to get window regulator replaced. I had reserved a FOB when reserved appointment. When I got there they refused to pair the one bought online because it wouldn't 'pair' The Tesla service department makes Yugo look good. Love the car, at least I have very limited dealings with service.

Olga and I went to Tesla Norfolk for a scheduled test drive of the Y model. We were met by Chassity who guided us through the Tesla experience. We left after a couple of informative and unhurried hours with all of the information necessary for us to make a decision. The folks there are not working on a commission and at no time were we hustled or felt any pressure. It was the most pleasurable experience ever encountered while shopping for an automobile and surely will have a big part to play in our purchasing decision. Thank you, Tesla.

Had a little mishap through the Tesla app. Saying something was covered under warranty. Went to the service desk for the appointment that me and Tesla agreed upon and had the estimate approved for $0. When the service counter guy said that it's not covered under warranty and that it would be an $1,800 bill. I was shocked!Had to bring the service manager in Dustin to explain. And I have to say the service manager here has an outstanding exemplary customer service attitude.Tesla if you're listening, this is the type of guy you want in your service centers. He listened to my complaint/issue and didn't fight back on it. He explained what happened and fixed the issue with no fuss.I have always had excellent service at this service center, just had a little mishap through the Tesla app claiming something was under warranty when the service manager explained that it was not.But out of good faith he agreed to have it covered since I was told otherwise thru the app.Interactions like this make me not want to get another brand of vehicle. I appreciate the team at the Norfolk Tesla Service Center, keep doing what you guys are doing and you will have loyalty for life and expand Tesla throughout the community.Highly recommend this location and team here.Kudos to the service manager for making it right for the customerThanks again!
