Horrible! Went in asked for affordable earbuds! Purchased a $30 boxed pkg. Opened box behold not for iPhone! The very immersed in her own media clerk says all sales are final and no return or exchange! Your customer service is beyond reproach!

If I could give minus stars, I would. I found it very distracting to have to hear the music booming from the store when I was trying to get some work done at Norfolk Airport this afyernoon. I was as far from the music as I could be yet still be at my gate, but it continued to disturb my focus. So I went to "Zack" an asked----very politely, I thought---if he would mind turning down the music a bit. He told me that the music was no louder than the loudest allowed and that no one else "complained." Of course, I was not complaining; I was asking if he would turn down the music a bit. I asked again, and he just said no, he wouldn't turn it down, not even the slightest bit, because he was allowed to have the volumn that high. When I asked for a superivisor, hoping that perhaps someone with more authority might not have a problem lowering the volumn somewhat. But no----Zack himself was the supervisor (although if he's there alone, one might wonder what exactly it is that he's supervising....?) and he is supposed to keep the music as loud as possible to "draw people in." Then he suggested, under the guise of "giving me options," that I leave that concourse and go elsewhere to concentrate on my work.So...deliberately unhelpful and rude was young Zack. Incidently, as soon as I walked back to my seat, he turned the music so low that I could hardly hear it, then closed up shop altogether, security gates and all. Now, what.....?

It would be nice to not subject travelers to vulgar rap music blaring out of the store that you can hear 3 gates down.

More than just tech. Tech on the go offers a bit of everything and bonus that it was completely overhauled and expanded with the renovation of the airport in late 2019. I typically will browse and not purchase to kill time. However I did grab a t-shirt for a friend in California that wanted something with Virginia is for Lovers. The store is tidy and staff was attentive. Smooth checkout and on my way. Check them out and expect airport prices.

I bought a leather phone case there and figured it would be well constructed. Shortly after buying, the belt attachment hinge broke. The PLASTIC hinge on the $50.00 case broke making it unsuitable for use. I cant tell what brand it is, but it has a logo that looks like and M embossed into the face of the leather on the lower right side. While this is not a direct fault of Tech-On-the-Go, they should accept only quality manufacturers. I am now dubious of their products which often have to be purchased on the fly by travelers pressed for time.
