I love the welcoming atmosphere along with the friendly, knowledgeable staff. I am one of the volunteers with Lil Roar Cat Rescue at the adoption center inside of Petsmart. The management and staff are very supportive and helpful with our kitties. We are all so happy to have such a great relationship with Petsmart and the best customers and adopters ever. A special thank you to all of the wonderful customers who donate much of the food and treats that Little Roar cats enjoy every day!

the young white lady with long brown hair is so rude, she screamed that they were closed through the doors like I'm stupid , all I wanted to know was why their website says they close at 10 and they close at 9. I just had a pick up order that they messaged me was ready. she could have opened the door and explained it instead of yelling at me through doors. I'm always disappointed when I shop here.

This lady of who she so calls herself the manager at the fish wall, refused to sell me ONE fish for my 15 gallon tank that only contains 4 2inch fish. I will not be coming here for my aquatic needs anymore. R U D E .

Horrible place took 4 hours to give my dog a bath!! ZERO communication on how long it would take and why! I had an appointment for 1130 didn't get my dog back until 3:30!! Absurd every time I called they would say he was being blow dried, last time I checked it doesn't take 2 hours to blow dry a dog... Never coming back

After a playful visit at Grandma's, my baby needed a bath. Savannah took care of my Oreo and had him looking and smelling fresh. His nails were nice and trim and he looked so dapper in a fresh bandana provided by Savannah. I would absolutely take him back to her for another excellent service.

Margaret is an expert groomer and took great care of my dogs! I've been to many PetSmarts and they are clear about safety issues for the staff and dogs. Prices are explained up front so there are no surprises.

My Daisy loves coming to this location :) The staff are always very pleasant and welcoming. They help make sure she gets everything she needs, they remember her name, and always give her lots of attention. Her favorite part is the checkout experience, where she gets lots of love and treats from the staff! Thanks for always making Daisy and I feel at home when we shop there!

Love the teamwork in this salon when handling my older Chihuahua with anxiety. They are so gentle, take their time with her, and the only place I trust. Shout out Lauren, Delaney, and Cristina!

Took my dog to get groomed. The lady got on the floor and got into my already anxious dogs face... she snapped a little at her and she continued to stay on the floor and try to touch her. Then she said she can't groom her. My dog has no problem at the vet or other grooming places. Definitely not going back here for grooming services It's pretty obvious that you don't get on the floor with a dog you don't know or try to rush the dog into being comfortable. I came early for a reason.

I love taking my pups to Petsmart for grooming, they've been to just about all of the Hampton Roads' PetSmarts but for some reason at this location there is always an issue. Most recently I was told that the estimate for the next time my Huskies are groomed would be around $140! Their standard bath and brush is about $50. I've always paid extra for the brushing so I'm used to about $70 for each, but $140 was a stretch. I can take them to other PetSmart locations and not having this issue. I can pay for the Zoomin Grooming, where they come to your house and groom for less than this. Then to make matters better as I'm standing there waiting for my dogs the supervisor/manager is talking to the other stylist about how clients have to be charged for the extra hour of service if the breed requires more. According to PetSmart and when you book grooming, it does not state per hour to charge. As mentioned this isn't the first issue, in the past my puppy had supposedly pooped twice during a service and was blacklisted, I wasn't notified till I tried to book an appointment for him. More than likely it was a bad day and he hadn't had that issue before. There definitely needs to be a revamping or a clarification on services and pricing. At this point they will not be returning to this location for grooming, unfortunately since they did an awesome job.

Always has the food I need for my dog in stock and a good selection of toys. Kenny and Paul always light up my day at the cash registers and everyone in the store and in grooming seem to love petting my dog and remember his name :).

Do not get your dog groomed here. The grooming associates at this location are lazy. I took my dog in to get groomed and I had brushed her the night before because she has curly hair and the grooming associate Cristina called me within 10 minutes of me dropping her off to say that my dogs hair is "too thick" and that I either need to pick her up and brush her myself or shave her naked because she (Cristina) "doesn't have the time" because "she's so big". When you have a curly haired dog there's only so much you can do. My dog had zero matting and this isn't even in line with petsmart's policy (I called another location and relayed exactly what Cristina said to me and they were shocked). When I booked I booked online where I said what kind of dog I had and what her weigh was. Literally go to any other petsmart location for grooming or if you do decided to go here, use anyone but Cristina.

They did a great job with the bath and brush out for my dog....... I specifically asked for "face, feet, fanny" which is what they called it at other places I've gone too. The lady seemed to not quiet understand so I specified (trim the face, feet, and private area) at pick up I had to ask them to trim the face down because they did not do that at all nor did they trim anything else I requested (But I only had them to trim the face) it appears the only thing they used the shears on was a quick messy cut along the inner hind legs. NEVER AGAIN! PAID WAY TOO MUCH TO ULTIMATELY ONLY GET A BATH.
