I love bringing my husky here for a blowout and bath. The girl that takes care of him always does a fantastic job! The staff are also pleasant to talk to.

When we just started going there, we were happy; but after two good and timely experiences, everything went down. We would drop our dog at 2pm and get him at 7pm. Our dog looked awful: the face was hardly trimmed, I had to trim him after them. This is not the only thing, one time I called and was put on hold. While I was holding, I heard a woman screaming at some dog. It lasted quite few minutes. I was wondering why my dog was always afraid to go there. So, make your own conclusions... I won't take my pet there anymore.

This is the worst place I've ever brought my dog to be groomed! I have an 8 lb Chihuahua. After 3 hours I called twice but nobody answered the phone. So I went to check on her and they had her in the tub. And I pointed out to them that her ears hadn't been trimmed. They said they could do that with scissors because she wouldn't let them near her ears with the clippers. I waited another hour and went back and when I got her they didn't do everything I asked them to do which was trim her ears, trim the bottom of her feet because she's a long hair Chihuahua and she grows long hair in those areas. They said they didn't cut those areas because she wouldn't sit still for them. Aren't they professionals? Isn't that what they do?! Her hair wasn't long because my wife and I cut it ourselves we just wanted her shaved. In the photos we submitted you can see the top of her head was cut at an angle and they didn't do the bottom of her feet And she was still covered in hair after I asked him to bathe her after they cut her so she wouldn't be covered in hair! When we got her in the car "after getting a bath" she smelled like she was sitting in urine. And to top it all off they charged my card twice $48 each time. I want a total refund!
