Had a long conversation with someone there. Told me if I opened an account, she would be able to give me medallion service. So I opened an account, after setting up an appointment with this person. Only to find out that the person was in training the day she agreed to the appointment and oh by the way we can't do what you requested us to do, despite the fact that we promised to do it, and that was the reason I opened an account here in the first place. Doesn't get much worse than this!

Iv been a customer with Suntrust for many years! I bank with them both for my work as well as my PERSONAL banking ! Lately Iv had an issue with the Main st. Branch being open for business but not able to do my business as I have been told on several occasions when I go no matter the time I’m turned away as the teller is at lunch! This is not only annoying and time consuming to get our banking done it’s just not good business! There is no consistency on the time the teller goes to lunch ! It may 12 or 3 or what ever! You never know and no sign is posted so I’m not the only customer being inconvenienced! There are other tellers on duty and a total of four people working today ; Friday the 11 of March ; but only the one at lunch can do the suntrust business! This is not acceptable nor is it good customer service!I don’t blame the teller as she should get lunch but there needs to be either a set time each day that the teller is at lunch and I know not to come as basically it’s the same as closing! There is not much of an option as the only other branch is 20: minuets away at Colley and 21 st. It has caused the business much inconvenience as it has me! Since the two banks : BBT and Suntrust has merged this problem started ! I assume that some clerks as Iv been told can only handle BBT . ? I don’t understand why? I had to redirect my business deposit to another worker who had to stop her work to go back later! Not acceptable!,,,Someone needs to correct this!
