Best subway I’ve ever been to!!! They hook you up here and ODU students get 10% off. I was going to skip this place just cause the reviews were so bad but my god it was the complete opposite!! All these bad reviews are wrong as of 2024!!!

Worst experience everI was working at ODU for graduation went to subway to buy food my 1 person got served my buddy was next but she started making on-line orders store packed afterwards she makes my buddies food, I ask her do online orders cost more she says no I say it should be because we have to wait , she took the order behind me then looks at me crazy. I come back after the graduation talked to a nice and friendly staff and to voice my concerns just to find out I was a manager. Not sure if she was having a bad day but this should go to corporate. She definitely needs retraining.BTW it's the older African American lady behind the counter assistant manager Yes your manager.

NOTHING about this order was correct, except maybe the lettuce. ORDER#1 - 6" Italian BMT on Italian Herb bread - GOT: Artisan Italian bread. Order #2 - Footlong All-American Club on Italian Bread - GOT: dried-out fried chicken pieces rolling around on an burnt cheese bread (the Italian herb bread, perhaps THOUGH I saw, smelled, tasted NO "herbs") NOT "oven roasted" turkey, AND ZERO: NO Black Forest ham and NO hickory smoked bacon. And if those tomatoes were "RED", I need to re-teach colors to the children... The order was PRINTED from the website, so we used SUBWAY language. Food is NOT hard/ Tried to post directly to Subway, but THE STORE # 571 which was printed on the receipt - IS A VALID RESTAURANT NUMBER, SUBWAY.

This subway has gone to trash since the last manager quit. 1) went in around 1PM (lunch) girl greeted me with an attitude and said they're closed for cleaning. 2) second time trying it again, stood at counter where no one greeted me, then a new employee finally came up and made my sandwich. She made it upside down, and took it out of the toaster too early, and it's sloppy. 3) they were out of onions. It wasn't busy, they were just out/didn't want to replenish. She said she's new so go easy on her. Okay that's fine but can you ask for help? I understand she might not want to since the staff all have attitudes. Also found a hair in my Sand which . 0/10 unimpressed

It took me like 15 minutes to build my sandwich last time I was there because they were out of half of the things on the assembly line and they had to check in the back. It is not the fault of the workers, but it is sometimes slow.

Subway doesn’t run a register, you have to order then pay at the s stations register. In other words, go to another subway if you’re in a hurry

Placed an order online and when I arrived they were closed. I was told to return or call the upcoming day for a refund. When I did, I was told to contact corporate by who ever was working the phone at the time very rudely and that even though they hadn't been refunded I would not be able to come in and get replacement sandwiches.Worst experience I've ever had and I can say that with confidence.

Was really craving a sub today, so I decided to choose Subway. Terrible choice!!! The Subway on 4902 Hampton Blvd has the worst customer service. Rivaled that of McDonalds. I called to inquire about a Grubhub delivery I placed an hour ago because our ETA kept being pushed back. I called the restaurant and a Subway Rep picked up the phone. I asked her if Grubhub shared their information with their drivers about ETA/Food prep times and she rudely replied "No you should be asking Grubhub that. BYE!". I understand it's stressful times and the restaurants may be busy but wholly.... straight rude. I canceled my delivery because of this and was utterly disgusted with this experience. Never ordering from this location again.

Very slow. I work for GrubHub and the employee working tonight hit the "order is ready" button & when I go inside she states 10 more mins... I've been waiting almost 20 mins now. I went to my car for 10 mins to wait & watched her talk a lot to a Male customer, maybe that's why she can't get the orders done in a timely manner. Besides that she was the only one there.
