I used to take a friend who has a knack for breaking her iPhone screen and they were fantastic! Yesterday another friend had an iPhone bad battery and they were just as good! Friendly, quick and affordable service! I highly recommend them!

Overall, a good place for iPhone repairs. My screen replacement was done efficiently, and the quality of work is solid. The staff was polite, I would surely come back for future repairs!!

My girlfriend had her phone "repaired" here. She had a cracked screen on her iPhone 11. They replaced the screen quick, but later found out her FaceID no longer worked. I suggested she take off the screen protector they put on it and turns out there was a crack in the screen that they put on it. They were nice enough to replace the broken screen, but FaceID is still broken and it worked perfectly fine before they touched it. This place installs fake broken screens on the phones and does a shoddy job. They also "fixed" another phone of my friends that the ignore switch stopped working after the screen replacement. Don't go here. Go somewhere reputable or pay a bit more at the Apple store.

I was visiting the area, and dropped by to see if they could fix a small scratch on my phone. I was refused with just a glance. Would not recommend, at least for screen repair.

I came to STM to have the battery removed in my IPhone 12 Pro Max. The service I received the first time I came here a few months ago was top notch. So, I decided that I’d drive 25 minutes out of my way, past all of the other cell phone repair shops, and bring my business here again. Fortunately, it proved to be another good decision because just like the first time, the service again was top notch! The gentleman who assisted me, Ronnie (I believe was his name), was extremely polite and superbly professional. He was able to access and remove the battery, test the phone in front of me to ensure it was working, and put it back together. This was all within less than a half an hour and for a VERY reasonable price. So, I felt obliged to write a review and give a 5 star rating due to the fact that the assistance I received from Ronnie at STM conforms to the highest standards of service that a customer can receive. Excellent job and I will be back!

I went last week to get my phone screen repair. After a day my phone’s backlight keeps blinking then after 2 days phone screen not working anymore. I brought my phone so they can see it and the man who “fixed” it says they cant do anything about it. They will just check and i said its just been 2 days and its not working so he open the phone and said the digitizer is not connected and they dont know why but they are the ones who put the lcd 2 days ago. I went back again today because the screen is not sealed and i can see the inside now since they opened it the 2nd time and the man just told me its my fault. why do i have to get back on them to get it repaired in the first place if i can open it myself? Just a man who can do a lot of sales talk but dont care on their customers if something goes wrongin their repair. Wont ever go back to this place.

I went to get my phone screen repaired, but I just have more problems with my phone. My phone will randomly turn off and back on. My phone will randomly lose the capability to connect to WiFi and Bluetooth (can’t even turn them on in settings). Sometimes when I turn my phone off and back on, the screen won’t work (totally black). Also know that they use third party parts (which I believe to contribute to the issues). All in all, I don’t recommend them. I paid $165 I total, for a poor repair job.
