if I could give 0 stars I would. literally walked in when they open at 730. maybe 7 people in front of me. looking to get a state inspection after waiting 30 minutes in line he then proceeds to say he’s not doing anymore inspections. it was only 30 minutes of wait so it’s literally 8 am and you’re not taking anymore inspections.. like are you doing 3 inspections a day. just a waste of time.

I had such a bad experience here like 5 years back. I was warned not to take my car here by everyone at work and a buddy but it was convenient and like a block away. Every time I think about this place and the tall black guy that has the bad attitude for absolutely no reason, it just triggers me. It was honestly such a horrible experience that I felt the need to leave a review at 730 in the morning 5 years later. Very memorable.

I've been going to Speedys in Norfolk for several years and even though I live in Virginia Beach and it's a bit out of my way I will continue to go there. # trustworthy #quality #dependable I highly recommend going there for all your auto mechanic needs.

Speedy is a very professional company! If i ever need any repairs to my vehicle, speedy is always my go to! Prices are worth it because they do a great job and and in a timely manner. Thank you speedy for always keeping my car in great shape!

I will simply say this if you want to make it home safely don’t get any alignment work done here. I was driving home yesterday and my steering felt weird and the car vibrated at minimum interstate speeds. After making it across the HRBT feeling very dissatisfied I took the car to an auto shop. The shop took my wheels off and found this part of both side very loose. My question is how was this not caught before releasing me the vehicle. I rather you keep the vehicle and fix it or quote your findings. I won’t be going back here ever again or the place that replaced the rack and pinion named Martins Auto Repair around the corner from this place.

Absolute clown show….Had my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder towed in to replace my alternator. Got a call the next day that my engine was seized and it needed a new engine. As I was waiting to get it towed out of there the technician (If you would call them that) came to the parking lot and said “don’t waste your time the engine is seized” as I looked under the hood. Told me a connecting Rod was broken. Car towed home and I removed belt and spun the engine crank with a 6in long ratchet (aka not seized at all). Found the alternator was not spinning. Replaced alternator myself and car is good as new. Stay away, this is a brutal display of knowledge of engines/cars.

Very rude and disrespectful I’m a single woman and everything that I said was dismissed spent almost 2000 dollars to have a major part replaced went back to shop experiencing the same issues before the part was replaced they were speaking over me I didn’t even feel comfortable explaining anymore from everyone’s demeanor and attitude highly do not recommend !!
