I had an awesome experience at Spectrum Paint. The customer service was hands down the best I've had in Norfolk and they were more than willing to help me answer tough questions. I really had a sense of understanding when I left the store at Spectrum Paint on 21st Street in Norfolk.

So glad I found Spectrum! I’ve always stuck to my comfort zone of hardware store paint, but finally got frustrated with the lack of service and expertise. I went to Spectrum seeking some quality Benjamin Moore paint for cabinets. They were so busy, but quite efficient and took time to assist me, answer my questions, help me pick colors (amazing!!), and advise which tools are best for my project. They even walked my paint to my car because I had a stroller to juggle. Incredible. It’s everything you need in one place! A convenient location, professional service and awesome products.

We bought ceiling paint that had globs in it. I called the store to see if it had happened to anyone else. Stacy painstakingly researched it and found that one lot contained the globs. She gave us a new can of paint without having to ask. That’s the way a business should run. Stacy is the best!
